A few feet above your head.
Just bring your full awareness into this beautiful bright light.
Just knowing that this light represents your higher self.
The part of you that is connected to the universal consciousness and holds all the wisdom and guidance that you need in your life.
As you focus on this light I'd like you to notice that you feel a sense of peace and calm wash over you.
Knowing that everything is happening as divinely intended.
Knowing that your higher self is always with you,
Guiding you and supporting you on your journey.
And as you focus on this light,
On your higher self,
You can take a few moments to ask your higher self any questions you may have.
About any guidance that you may need.
You can even ask,
Do you have any messages for me?
And you can do this silently,
In your mind or say the words out loud.
And I'd like you to visualize a golden cord extending from your heart to your higher self.
This cord represents the connection between you and your higher self.
And the flow of guidance and wisdom that comes from it.
As you focus on this cord,
Feel a sense of love and gratitude for your higher self and all the ways that they support you.
Know that this connection is always available to you.
And that you can tap into it at any time for guidance and support.
And as you breathe in deeply now,
Just allowing yourself to receive fully now as we begin this energy work.
I trust in the guidance and wisdom of my higher self.
I know that my higher self is always with me,
Guiding and supporting me on my journey.
I am open and receptive to the messages of my higher self.
I am grateful for the guidance and support of my higher self.
My higher self is my inner compass,
Always pointing me towards my true north.

I am always connected to the loving energy of my higher self.

Just allowing yourself to receive all of that now.
Feeling that light above your head,
The light in your heart grow stronger.
Knowing you're always connected deeply to your higher self.
Your higher self is always there with you,
Guiding you.
And you can connect to your higher self whenever you feel you need.
When you're ready,
You can take a few deep breaths in and slowly bring your awareness back to your body.
Notice how your body feels.
And when you feel ready,
You can open your eyes,
Coming back into your space.
Know that you can return to this process whenever you need to connect with your higher self and access its guidance and wisdom.
