This guided meditation takes you deep into the forest using all of the natural elements of Gaia to soothe and heal. This is a deeper exercise that takes you on a journey to meet; guides, forest creatures (elementals), and source light while you relax and let your consciousness drift beyond time and space.

Hi everyone,

This is Michelle Day Harper here and I am a hypnotherapist in the Southwest United States region.

I'm going to take you through a guided meditation through the woods.

The natural scenes of the woods are quite healing and calling on the elements to support us can lead to quite the journey.

You'll want to make sure that you are comfortable and reclining in a relaxed position for this exercise.

You do not want to operate a vehicle or heavy machinery during this exercise either.

Take a moment to get comfortable and then we will begin.

Okay let's go ahead and close our eyes and now just follow my voice as we let go of any expectations and we begin to just focus on our breath.

I'm going to breathe in and exhale.

Keep breathing,

The rhythm of breathing in and out,

Inhaling and exhaling,

Inhaling and exhaling.

As you breathe in,

Notice how your chest expands and as you breathe out,

You release warmer air.

Go ahead and take that breath in,

Chest expanding,

Breathe out warm air.

As you breathe in,

Make the inhale a little longer and the exhale a little longer.

Do that again.

Make the inhale a little longer and the exhale a little longer.

Each breath,

We relax deeper.

Each breath,

We relax deeper and deeper.

With nice relaxed breath,

We begin to release the tension in our head and with nice relaxed breath,

We release the tension in our jaw and with nice relaxed breath,

We release the tension in our neck and with nice relaxed breath,

We release the tension in our shoulders.

Continue to breathe as you relax your back and your torso.

Nice slow breath,

We relax our hips.

Now we feel our legs relax.

Our feet and toes are relaxed.

You can feel yourself floating,

Floating.

You begin to feel very light.

As you are floating,

You begin to travel.

As you begin to travel,

You let go.

As you let go and float into space and you can see the stars.

This is a nice feeling.

As you're floating,

You begin to see a swirling,

Shimmering light ahead of you.

It begins to look like a tunnel forming,

A gateway.

As you move into that tunnel,

Feel the warmth of the shimmering light.

You are floating in the light.

The tunnel begins to move,

Swirling,

Swirling,

Traveling.

As this tunnel starts to slow down,

Comes to a stop.

You land into a scene,

A green forest.

The greens are greener than you've ever seen before.

As you look up,

You see that the trees are tall.

They are ancient and they reach up to the clouds.

There is sunlight filtering through the tops of the trees.

And in the trees,

There are colorful birds.

They're expressing colors of yellow,

Pink,

Blue.

And you can hear them communicating,

Squawking,

Singing.

And as you begin to look down,

You notice that you are on bare feet.

Feel the soft ground under your feet.

A pathway begins to light up on the floor of the forest.

It starts at your feet and goes deeper and deeper into the forest.

It glows with a golden light.

It calls you to step onto the path.

The branches of the trees start swaying toward the pathway.

They're picking up a light breeze.

You breathe in that fresh air.

Take it in.

As you follow the pathway,

You sense the trees guiding you,

Swaying towards a direction to follow.

And it feels warm and safe.

Trees are offering protection.

You can feel how old and wise they are.

They have been here for thousands of years.

These trees know you.

They recognize your essence,

Your purity.

And they're happy to help guide you down the path.

You start to move down this path,

Going deeper,

Deeper,

And deeper into the woods.

As you move forward,

You might be greeted by other creatures.

They're welcoming you to the woods.

You may feel that you know them.

You recognize how it feels to be around them.

Take a moment and greet them.

They begin to motion towards a stream.

You are to move on the path towards the stream.

The trees are swaying in that direction also.

You move towards the stream.

As you arrive at the stream,

You can hear it bubbling over the rocks.

You move in closer.

You can see the shimmery light bouncing off the water.

It's so clear.

And it looks crystalline.

You step into the water,

And you're safe.

It feels nice.

Not too hot,

Not too cold.

You're very stable standing in this water.

The water gently swirls around your feet,

And it keeps swirling,

Swirling around your feet.

Something's happening.

The tops of the trees start to gently sway aside,

And they allow a rich,

Golden,

Silvery light to beam towards the top of your head.

The water below you is cleansing your feet,

And the light above you is approaching.

This light is source light.

This light enters into the top of your head,

Into the scalp,

Filling up the space inside your head,

Healing negative thoughts,

Healing negative self-talk.

It begins to move down the neck and throat.

Feel the light swirling in the neck and throat.

It's healing this area of expression,

Speaking,

Communicating,

Speaking the truth,

Speaking with compassion towards yourself and towards others.

This light moves down into the shoulders,

Into the lungs,

And your lungs expand with this light.

As it moves down into your chest and fills your heart,

Let this light surround your heart,

Golden light from the source of all.

The light moves down into your torso,

Filling all of your organs,

Digestive organs,

Liver,

Spleen,

Kidneys,

Gallbladder,

Pancreas,

Swirling light.

It then moves down to the reproductive organs,

Healing,

Opening up your creativity.

Down the legs,

The light flows towards your feet.

The swirling crystalline water is waiting to meet up with this traveling light.

The light hands off all of the negative emotions,

Beliefs,

And judgments into the water.

The water continues to swirl,

Swirl,

Capturing this energy.

The consciousness of the water pulls the negativity away from your body.

The swirling continues as it moves into its alchemical process,

Cleansing,

Renewing,

Reconfiguring the way water can.

It's to make this energy benign and to be recycled for the greater good.

Watch it swirl.

Watching as your feet moves into the stream,

Back to the whole of the stream.

The stream takes it away,

Washes it away.

Watch it go downstream as you wave goodbye,

Wave goodbye.

You step out of the stream now and feel the soft ground underneath you.

Your feet dig into that softness as your toes spread out.

You feel a pulse coming up through the ground.

It's like a heartbeat.

Strong rhythmic beats under your feet.

These beats start to pulse pure Gaia energy through your feet.

Pure love from the depths of the planet up your legs,

Into your root,

Into your sacrum,

Into your solar plexus and torso,

Into your heart.

Feel the rhythm.

Match your heart's rhythm.

Sit with that rhythm for a moment.

This pulse of love now moves into your chest and throat,

Filling it with expressions of love.

This pulse now moves into your head,

Up to your third eye and brow area,

Gently massaging the brow area with love.

This rhythm moves to the top of your head.

The top of your head opens up and the pulse moves out,

Floating,

Floating towards the tops of the trees.

It moves beyond the treetops towards the light.

It meets the light to regenerate for another time.

The treetops close into a canopy overhead and the path lights up again.

It's time to get back on the path.

You step back onto the path.

You see your forest friends as you walk back.

Take a moment to say goodbye and thank you.

You touch the trees on your way out,

Walking this path.

The trees sway gently as you touch them.

You say thank you to the trees.

You see up ahead,

The tunnel opens up,

The shimmering light.

It's swirling,

Calling you back.

You step in with gratitude for the experience.

The tunnel's swirling,

Swirling.

It moves you back,

Back,

Back to where your body is resting,

Waiting safe.

You are coming back.

One,

You're starting to feel the room again.

You are secure,

Coming back into your body.

Two,

Stretch arms and legs.

This feels very good indeed.

Three,

You're opening your eyes and you are back,

Refreshed,

Rejuvenated,

And full of love.
