Thank you for joining me today for this guided meditation.
We will be practicing a healing heart meditation.
So whenever you're ready,
Find yourself a nice quiet space where you won't be disturbed for some time.
You can sit upright or lay down in your bed.
Whatever is the most comfortable for you to put yourself into a state of relaxation.
And when you're ready,
Just close your eyes and we'll just start off by taking a few deep breaths.
Inhaling through the nose,
Holding at the top,
Exhaling through the nose,
Holding out the breath,
Inhaling,
Holding at the top,
Exhaling slowly,
Holding out the bottom,
Inhaling,
Exhaling,
Inhale,
Hold,
Exhale.
And you just let go of any need to regulate your breath.
Just allow the air,
The breath to move through you effortlessly and easily.
We'll just guide our attention,
Our focus,
Our energy to our heart space,
The space behind the heart,
Between the spine and the heart.
Just gently guide your awareness to this space.
And as we inhale,
We'll breathe into this space.
As we exhale,
Breathe out of this space.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Slow,
Smooth breaths in and even smoother,
Slower breaths out.
You can just start to visualize a color here.
Just allow the imagination to roam free,
Creating whatever images that may come up.
Just drawing your awareness back to this energy between your spine and your heart.
And just remembering what the elevated emotion of love feels like.
Allow any imagery come up.
Once again,
Just drawing your awareness to the space in between your heart and your spine.
Just imagine what this energy force looks like.
And like a seed,
We will place the seed of love directly into the heart space,
This energy vortex.
And now just imagine what contentment feels like.
Allow any visualizations to come up.
Plant that seed directly into the heart space.
Now you will visualize what nurturing and caring looks like.
Just visualize the seed being planted into this energy force.
Now just imagine what support looks like.
What does supportive energy look like?
And when you're ready,
You can plant that directly into your heart space.
And just open yourself up to guidance.
Positive,
Uplifting,
Elevated guidance.
Just allow any imagery to come up.
And once again,
We will cultivate love into the heart space,
The life force energy that resides in between your heart and your spine.
Pulling that in,
Directing that in.
Take a nice,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Feeling the expansion of your chest as you visualize this energy expanding in all directions.
Moving from your heart out towards your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Soaking into your stomach,
Your organs,
Filling up your pelvis,
Spiralling down your legs,
All the way down to your toes.
Each and every cell in your body is filled with this glow,
With this loving,
Healing energy.
Just notice and observe the energy shift in your body.
Just feel the difference,
The different sensations of aliveness.
You are never alone.
You will always be loved and supported.
