Enjoy this 30-minute Chakra Balancing mediation practice. We will use the imagination to visualize healing energy pouring into the body removing any blockages or any pervious alignments. You might start to feel certain body parts get warm or you might feel tingling or even pressure as well as some colors. All of those things are just indicators that energy is shifting and releasing. In this meditation we use sound healing, the vibrations from these sounds can help clear energy blockages.

Do not listen to this recording while driving or operating machinery.

Only listen to this recording when you can safely relax.

You can bring yourself to a comfortable position,

Either sitting cross-legged on the floor with your spine straight and relaxed,

Or laying down if that's more preferable for you.

We'll just start to draw our focus inwards,

Using the breath as a tool,

As a guide,

Going deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And just breathing in for a count of four.

And breathing out for a count of six.

Breathing in for a count of four.

And breathing out for a count of six.

Inhale.

And exhale.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

You can start to draw your awareness to the base of your spine.

Just placing your focus and attention at the base of your spine.

And as you place your focus at your first chakra,

You can just notice the color and the vibrancy of this beautiful red chakra.

And just notice if there's any impurities to the color,

The intensity of this color.

And just drawing in more breath into the body as you move away any blockages.

And just breathing in deeply now,

Relaxing on the inhale,

And relaxing even deeper on the exhale.

And once you're satisfied with the color and the intensity and all the negative impurities are removed away,

We can move up to your second chakra,

Your sacral chakra.

And that's just located below the belly button.

And moving into the chakra,

Placing your focus and your awareness there.

And noticing the color,

The vibrancy of this orange,

Beautiful color located at your second chakra.

This is where your creativity,

Inner intimacy resigns.

So just breathing into this chakra.

Using your breath as a tool that it is,

Bringing breath into this place,

Removing any and all impurities.

And just notice how the color and the intensity just changes.

Once you're satisfied,

We can move up to the solar plexus chakra.

Just drawing more and more prana into the body using the breath.

Breathing into this space of the solar plexus.

Clearing away any and all unwanted energies.

And just notice how brightly this chakra is shining,

Just like the sun.

Once you're satisfied,

We can start to move up towards the heart.

Drawing your focus into this space now.

Just breathing gently,

Feeling a deeper relaxation response.

As you draw more and more prana into this space.

And just noticing if there's any impurities or blockages.

And using your breath,

Blasting away any and all that's no longer wanted.

Just notice the color,

The brightness,

The intensity of this color.

That may be an emerald green for you.

Or it might be a bright pink.

Once you're satisfied with the overall look and texture of this space,

We can start to gently move our focus and our awareness up towards the throat chakra.

And just breathing deeply into this space.

Using the breath,

Removing any impurities that no longer serves you.

And just notice the intensity of this blue color at your throat chakra.

Just cleansing and clearing using your breath.

And once you're satisfied with the overall look and feel,

We can start to draw our awareness up towards our third eye.

This is located in between your eyebrows.

Just drawing more and more breath into this space.

As you wash away any and all impurities.

Using your breath to burn away anything that's no longer needed.

And just start to notice how this breath is clearing away anything that's no longer needed.

And how this space just starts to shine and growing more and more brighter with intensity.

And when you're ready,

We can start to draw our awareness up to the crown of our head.

And just imagine a channel of light coming from the sun,

Penetrating the crown of your head.

Bringing with it rays of light,

Of blissful energies.

Bringing with it blissful healing energies.

And you can just start to feel as these rays of light draw more and more into the crown of your head.

Bringing with it creativity and pouring love into the crown of your head.

Just soaking up all of this beautiful blissful light and drawing it in.

As it pours into the crown of your head.

Removing any and all impurities.

And just notice how all of your chakras are completely lit up and shining with the most beautiful intensity.

And if there's any remaining blockages,

Please remove them now.

Just using your breath as a tool and as a guide.

And from the crown of your head,

We'll draw our awareness back to our base of our spine.

Just circling back to the base of your spine.

And just imagine that there's this donut-like shape at the base of your spine.

This donut-like shape is called a torus.

And as the energy rises up from the base of your spine all the way to the crown of your head,

Energy circles back towards the base of your spine.

And on your inhale,

Just imagine the prana-like energy rising up from the base of your spine,

Going through all the different chakras.

Rising up to the crown of your head.

And just flowing out through the crown of your head back to the base of your spine.

Creating this torus shape.

And just continue to do that.

Just continue.

I encourage you to breathe in.

Visualize this torus shape on your inhale as the energy rises up.

And circling back to the base of your spine.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

Inhaling.

And exhaling.

Circulating this energy from the base of your spine all the way up to the crown of your head.

Just breathing in.

And breathing out.

You can start to feel the sense of security.

The sense of stability.

And feel creative energies move through you now,

Allowing in for intimacy into your life.

With your strong willpower that guides you and motivates you through life.

You can allow yourself to love and to love others.

And to continuously speak your truth.

And using your seeds of wisdom to guide you.

And just allow yourself to open up to all that is.

And in a moment,

We will start to bring our awareness back to the body.

If you are laying down,

You can roll over to one side and gently push yourself up.

If you're in a cross-legged seat,

You can start to flutter your eyes open.

Just wiggling your fingers and your toes.

And gently moving your neck and head from side to side.

And bringing yourself back into the awareness of your body.
