It's day five and our theme is total presence.
Allow your eyes to gently close,
Savoring the low belly breath in,
Settled into your body and as you exhale,
Settle your body into your seat and allow this breath to lengthen your spine,
Feel the breath stretching you upward and your tailbone to a posture of dignity and peace.
Be present to your body,
To be present.
It's calling for rest.
Can you be purely present without expectation or obligation?
And just breathe.
Witnessing all parts of yourself without judgment now in this settled space of awareness.
Envision yourself standing in a great expanse.
Are your most pressing thoughts,
Recent worries,
Triggers and celebration?
And in the far circle are memories and experiences you hold dear.
Allow yourself to be present,
All items in both circles without needing to change,
Rearrange or cling.
Can you anchor into presence with it all?
Beyond the far circle,
Everything in both circles to become a blur.
The present moment,
The flow,
Possibility.
Take a few breaths here as you rest in this space of overflowing love and kindness.
Exudes from you towards all beings.
We are liberation.
