Today we will work with affirmations to cultivate self-love.
There are many ways to work with these affirmations.
The first option is to simply repeat the affirmations after me.
The second option is to stand in front of a mirror and look yourself in the eye as you repeat these affirmations.
Another option is to integrate these words into your body by writing them down.
I've spent a lot of time with affirmation work and on occasion I will fill a full page with one affirmation.
There is a lot of power in that hyper-focused practice as well.
These are just a few of an infinite number of options.

Listen to yourself and do what resonates most deeply with you in this moment.

And now we will begin with the affirmations.

I am grateful for all of the wonderful things in my life.

I have unlimited power.
My life is full and vibrant with beautiful experiences.
My life is filled with joy.
The universe is generous with health,
Joy,
And abundance.
I am kind to myself.
I am gentle with myself.
I effortlessly speak my truth in love.
My unique perspective,
Gifts,
And experiences have unlimited value.
I contribute my ideas and thoughts effortlessly.
I expect the best for myself.
My life is abundant.
I do my best every day.
I grow and become a better version of myself every day.
I fearlessly follow my dreams.
I make a positive difference in the world.
