Envision the crown of your head being lifted by a thread of love as your tailbone is rooted by the same love,
Exhaling into a posture of dignity and peace.
One more low belly breath and surrender your fear,
Your expectations,
Your resistance.
Exhale and arrive right here and now.
Now,
Breathing at your own pace,
Become present to any sensations that are alive in your body.
Feelings of tension or ease and with the support of your breath,
Sink into any spaces that are longing for your attention.
Become present to all that is alive within you,
All the colors of emotion,
Remembering that each emotion is valid.
Witness the light and shadow without judgment and just breathe into your heart space.
The peace is not something outside of you,
It is something you already carry.
It is innate,
Woven into the fabric of your being,
In you,
The same way your heartbeat lives in you,
Effortlessly,
Faithfully,
Without your permission or your effort.
So just for this moment,
Stop reaching,
Stop searching,
And rest in the knowing that you are already at peace.
Allow pure love and kindness to arise.
Feel its warmth,
Its expansive nature.
As you breathe,
Allow it to expand throughout your entire being.
And as love fills your cup,
You overflow with loving kindness.
Offering it freely to all beings everywhere by simply resting aligned with your innate peace.
