This track was recorded live during one of our weekly cacao ceremonies here on Insight Timer. This is a regular space where hearts gather from around the world to slow down, connect, and remember who we are beneath the noise. It is one of my favourite times of the week when we gather together and allow cacao to lead us back to ourselves.

Such a beautiful ceremony. I felt so held and nurtured. On our third sip, visualising my light rippling out into the world, I saw a golden Ankh at my heart beaming. The Ankh expanded out filling my torso, head and arms. My sound that came through was OM. I feel this ceremony has brought change which I am very excited about.
