Welcome.
I want you to start by getting yourself in a comfortable position,
Either sitting up or laying down.
You want to be able to relax and unwind fully.
We want to release any built-up tension in your body,
So close your eyes and take in one long deep breath.
Hold it and then release it with a sigh.
You can continue to breathe normally as you feel yourself start to relax.
Soften your jaw,
Your shoulders,
Your arms and your legs.
Feel yourself sink deep into the ground around you.
I want you to see,
Sense or feel a beautiful white light shining down on you,
Surrounding your entire being.
This is the light that connects you to the universe and it is filled with pure love.
You are safe and protected.
Now imagine you are walking along the shore of a beautiful white sandy beach.
It is early in the morning.
The night sky is fading into the early morning glow.
The sunrise is only moments away.
The world hasn't yet woken up and you are surrounded by the peaceful sounds of a new day dawning.
It is a truly magical moment.
As you walk along the shoreline,
You marvel at the gentle wash of water flowing in and out.
You look up and see a pod of palm trees ahead and hanging between two of them is a beautiful inviting hammock filled with soft cushions and it's just calling your name.
You approach the hammock and lower yourself gently onto the swing.
As you settle yourself,
You feel a warm gentle breeze sway you ever so softly back and forth.
The sun is starting to peak up over the horizon and you close your eyes to allow the first bright light of this beautiful new day to shine on your face as you continue to sway in the breeze.
With each soft sway,
You feel a deep sense of calm washing over you.
The warmth of the sun is now spreading over your shoulders and down your body as it rises into the morning sky.
As you breathe in the fresh air and hear the soft sounds of the water,
You look up and see the palm leaves wave at you from above.
This is a magical moment.
Right here is total bliss.
Take a moment now to breathe in this glorious place.
Feel the sun's warmth on your skin.
Notice the gentle breeze moving you back and forth.
Smell the fresh air and subtle aroma of the sea and say to yourself,
I feel calm.
I feel free.
I feel tranquil.
I can rest.
I inhale peace and exhale worry.
I am safe,
Relaxed and free from stress.
As you slowly bring yourself back to the present,
