A Cacao Ceremony For Friendships Lost

A tender cacao ceremony for friendships that have ended. Includes guided sips for remembering and releasing, a soft visualization, and two songs to hold you through the journey. This meditation is a space to hold both sadness and gratitude, a reminder that both these emotions can sit side by side and be held in love.

This track was recorded live during one of our weekly cacao ceremonies here on Insight Timer. This is a regular space where hearts gather from around the world to slow down, connect, and remember who we are beneath the noise. It is one of my favourite times of the week when we gather together and allow cacao to lead us back to ourselves.
