This somatic meditation supports you in finding a sense of safety, support, and connection in your body—even when you’re experiencing physical or emotional pain or discomfort. When we experience physical pain or illness—or emotional challenges like grief, heartbreak, or chronic stress—we often don’t feel safe in our own bodies. We may disconnect because it doesn’t feel safe to feel. This meditation gently brings you back into connection with your body, helping you be with what’s present in a way that feels safe and manageable, while also inviting a sense of comfort, support, and inner safety.
