Hello,

I'm Ashley McCann,

And this practice is to help you release difficult thoughts and feelings,

To ground and hit reset,

To move through the rest of your day in joy.

You may find yourself here,

Holding all that came before,

Thoughts tugging at the corners of your mind.

You may find yourself here,

Pulled by what's next,

An unending list in your mind,

Anticipation compelling,

Don't stop.

Yet this is why you are here,

Precisely why you came,

To begin to disconnect,

To detach from all that pulls,

To release the demands,

Release the pressure that's been building weighing on you.

Exhale the weight,

The strain,

Release the demand on your heart,

On your mind.

Breathe out,

It's all you need to begin.

And soon,

More ease will come,

Breath by breath,

You've begun.

Exhale now,

You have arrived,

Your body an empty vessel.

What moves within,

Moves with ease.

Thoughts that come pass through,

Carried out on breath,

Like breeze.

Your body an empty vessel,

Permission to unattach,

To see and feel all that passes through,

Allowing it to drift,

Detach.

Sensations rise like waves,

With each rise,

A fall,

Cresting and unfurling,

Your body an empty vessel.

Waves rolling through with breath,

Like healing waters,

Washing over you,

Clearing away what's not seen but felt,

What you don't need to hold now,

None of it needs to stay.

You release what no longer serves you,

What has clung,

So you can now be free.

Your body an empty vessel,

Allowing it all to be washed away,

So you can feel what is there within you,

A light and warmth in your heart.

And this light your breath now carries,

Feel it expanding now,

Glowing brighter,

It radiates.

The light reaches for the places where those feelings had been held,

Bringing warmth and soothing to soften the edges,

Where the feelings have been sharp and rough.

You feel the softening now,

The ease within,

With the rise and fall of your breath.

Your body an empty vessel,

The light growing still,

Stronger and stronger,

Breath by breath,

It reverberates,

Encompassing,

Enveloping,

Without and within.

A radiance you exude now,

You carry this within you,

And access it with all the ease as you begin to go forth now.

And the feelings rise and fall,

Let your breath lift you,

To buoy you over the waves.

Call on this light within,

Let it guide you through your days.
