So please get comfortable,
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position in whatever position that is.
Please have your spine straight.
Please feel supported by whatever it is that you're sitting or lying on and feeling into the connection with that no matter where you are with Mother Earth,
Who is the biggest support to all of us at all times.
So closing down your eyes and taking your focus to your breath.
At this point,
I want you to really slow your breath down and consciously feel the breath as it's traveling in and out of your body and begin to visualize the breath as energy that you're carrying into your body and which is leaving your body as you exhale with everything that doesn't serve you in the current time and place.
So taking breaths that are the slowest,
Deepest,
Longest breaths you've taken all day,
Breathing in right down to the bottom of your belly,
Perhaps holding the breath there for a moment,
Allowing it to gather everything that it needs to take away from you as you exhale slowly and fully.
We often forget to exhale properly.
So making sure that every ounce of breath,
Of carbon dioxide,
Of any negative energy is leaving you with that exhalation.
And then feeling into the heart space,
So feeling the breath within the physical chest.
You might be able to for a moment actually feel your heart beating,
Feel your lungs expanding as you breathe in.
And then what I'd like you to do is to bring to mind something that you are grateful for.
However small it is,
It might be the fact that you've got a long weekend if you do,
Might be the fact that you got a bit of a sleep in on a Saturday morning,
Might be the fact that you've just baked a delicious loaf of bread.
Whatever that grateful thought is,
Carry that into your heart and feel that big breath of gratitude opening up your heart space energetically.
Feeling it sending energy outwards,
Magnetic energy from your space of love at the heart extending outwards from you to everything and everyone outside of you.
Today I think it's also very important for us to send our love,
Our compassion for everybody else,
All humanity,
Because there is so much anger and sadness in the world at the moment.
Then bringing that energy back inwards to feel gratitude for yourself.
Gratitude that however much time you've spent on this course you have done it.
Gratitude that you opened yourself up to learning new things,
To regaining energy in new ways.
Gratitude for the fact that you are enough.
Now I'd like to see you to see yourself within your mind.
Picture yourself standing before you,
Standing in a coat of armour.
It's like a thick shell and this armour is a ceramic material.
You feel into it and you know it would protect you from anything including feeling the full range of emotion including connection with others,
Including connection with your higher self and your life's purpose.
This coat of armour completely covers you from head to toe.
Feel within the armour into your body and ask it what it's trying to say.
What do you have a lack of feeling about?
Where do you think you need more feeling?
With your now highly attuned intuition,
Listen carefully to your body.
And as it begins to speak its wisdom,
The heavy ceramic armour starts to fall off you.
As it hits the ground it shatters into tiny pieces that are going to be reabsorbed back into the earth.
Now you can begin to see what lies under this armour.
Put your attention on the many alive,
Colourful,
Active layers that compose your true self.
These multi-coloured layers are delicate and responsive to the flow of your actions,
Your thoughts,
Emotions and beliefs as they run throughout your body like pieces of thin soft silk rippling in the breeze.
See your higher self streaming through all the energy channels that are interlaced throughout your body.
See the seven energies that we've learnt about in the course,
Pulsing with this energy.
See this energy pushing any obstacles out of its way.
See it opening doorways of solutions to any challenges.
In this moment you've become a fluid,
Harmonised being full of sensation.
You can feel yourself becoming invigorated and active with the pulsing of life energy.
This pulse of life ripples through each of your energies,
Each of the centres,
Each of the meridians.
You can feel it entering through the crown of your head,
Where the centre of your connection energy sits and coursing throughout your body and leaving it through the feet,
Flowing back into Mother Earth.
The flow of your higher self and the pulse of life swirl together in your fingers and toes,
Releasing all remaining blocks and stagnation through each fingertip of both of your hands.
Feel it leaving through your thumbs,
Through your forefingers,
Through your middle fingers,
Your ring fingers and your little fingers.
Visualise your fingers becoming electric with the pulse of life and being very sensitive to their surroundings.
See even more blocks and stagnations leaving through your feet,
Going straight back into the source energy of Mother Earth.
See it leaving through your big toes,
Your second toes,
Your third toes,
Your fourth toes,
Your fifth toes.
You can feel now all the energy running clearly and smoothly throughout your body.
Take a few more big long deep breaths to finish off the meditation,
Really breathing in that energy,
Feeling it flow throughout your body,
Feeling it release everything that you don't need right now.
And then begin to move those magical energetic fingers and toes and feel them coming back into the room where you are.
Feel yourself coming back,
Feel your higher self coming back into your physical body.
And then you can open your eyes when you're ready.
Take a big smile,
Be grateful for everything that you have in your life as I am so grateful to you for sharing this time with me.
