It's time to give yourself a well deserved rest.

So now,

I would like you to take a moment to stop and journey into a beautiful place.

Just follow my voice and at times your mind may wander off and that's absolutely fine.

There is always a deeper part of you that is listening and that is your unconscious.

There is nothing you can do wrong and I will always be here to guide you and you can choose to relax as much or as little as is right for you today.

So now visualising a beautiful green place.

The temperature in this green place is perfectly right for you.

And in its atmosphere all your muscles can relax.

You let go of any tightness in your limbs so that every muscle from the top of your head down to the tips of your toes become limp and slack.

And the more every muscle from the top of your head down to the tips of your toes becomes limper and slacker.

So you travel peacefully into this moment.

And as you sink into this moment you may notice the air in your green place smells sweet.

There are many species of flowers and many species of plants.

As you breathe in the air it cleanses your lungs.

And after taking a couple of deep nourishing breaths you begin to feel more and more relaxed.

You're enjoying doing nothing.

Just being with the plants and just being with the trees.

And while relaxing in this magical place you hear the distant sound of a stream.

It beckons you to begin imagining its freshness.

You go to it,

Effortlessly glide towards the music of the stream.

From there it appears,

Beautiful stream enveloped in nature.

But you simply absorb what lays before you.

Nature is offering you a gift.

Time is here to guide you so you go closer to it.

You sit down next to its waters taking in its beauty.

You're feeling open and free.

So nice to simply be here with the stream.

Just you and the stream.

Nothing needs to be said.

Nothing needs to be done.

You can do or feel whatever you like.

You stare into the water.

And the more you stare into the water the more relaxed you become.

Bubbles come.

Bubbles go.

As one bubble bursts another appears.

And the more you watch these bubbles the more relaxed you become.

As you notice the stream is in an eternal flow while watching the water you wonder how lovely it would be to swim in a stream.

So you decide to test the water entering the water.

You're amazed at how warm it is.

And all your limbs are gently massaged by the current.

And the more the water flows around your body the more you feel all of your muscles relaxing more and more.

Yes you're allowing every muscle in your body to let go and relax more and more.

You're feeling so calm now.

So calm.

You slide yourself into the water.

How wonderful it feels to have your body touched by the stream.

And you're enjoying the water caressing your skin.

And the stream gently carries the weight of your body.

So you decide to let go.

You do not resist you just go with the flow.

Going with the flow allows you to feel so free.

More free than you have felt in a long time.

You float effortlessly.

Gently bobbing on top of the water.

How peaceful it is in this paradise.

Floating on your back.

You look up to the sky.

Blue sky and magical light.

Sunshine beams down on you.

As the sunlight touches your face all the muscles in your eye area soften.

Yes you allow every single muscle that surrounds your eye area to release and relax.

As the water carries your weight and the stream waves beneath you.

You're rocked to sleep.

Your hands float and your palms are open on the water.

And you realise you have nothing to worry about.

And you realise you have nothing to worry about.

You just let go and float effortlessly.

And there is no need to swim or move.

You are carried by the stream.

The birds sing you lullabies from the trees.

And they celebrate how wonderful you are.

And you feel blissfully relaxed.

And you begin to notice how you're floating downstream.

And you just decide to go with the flow.

To let go.

To relinquish control.

And allow yourself to be carried wherever the current will take you.

You find courage within.

You trust the stream.

So you let go.

You're not overly focused on the destination.

And down you go.

Flowing further and further down.

And in a few moments time,

I'm going to say the word flow.

And when I say the word flow,

In a few moments time,

You can allow yourself to become more relaxed than you have been in a very long time.

So now,

Flow.

Well done.

You're relaxing so very well.

And when you hear each descending letter in the word flow.

F L O W You can choose to travel even more deeper into relaxation.

Yes,

With each descending letter in the word flow.

F L O W You can relax just the right amount for you.

F Floating downstream.

Going wherever the stream takes you.

L Leisurely being carried around the curves in the stream.

O Only you in the stream.

W Wakeless.

Drifting further and further into bliss.

Deeply relaxed.

As calm as the stream.

Floating aimlessly.

You begin to wonder.

Wouldn't it be wonderful to live your life like this?

Going wherever the current takes you.

Yes,

You could enjoy living your life effortlessly.

Flowing anywhere.

Floating wherever you're taken.

You realise your life is like a stream.

Sometimes moving fast.

And sometimes moving slow.

And sometimes resting in pools of stillness.

There is time for everything.

There is time to move slow.

There is time to move fast.

There is time for everything.

And now it's time to rest.

Resting gives you the opportunity to nourish yourself.

Just as the waters nourish you.

No matter where you are in your life journey,

You are like a flowing stream.

Flowing with ease.

Resisting nothing.

And you see how a leaf falls in the water.

It goes with the flow.

It never fights back or looks back.

It accepts wherever it will be taken.

And you know nothing can resist flow.

Not even a rock can stop the stream.

The stream will simply go around the rock.

Gently polishing it.

Massaging it.

And eventually in time carrying it to the sea.

So you allow the stream to carry you.

Its strength becomes your strength.

You feel as light as a leaf floating down the stream.

And you know life is constantly changing.

But you let go.

Go with the flow.

So you never exhaust yourself swimming against the current.

You save valuable energy and allow yourself to be gently guided.

And you sense you are carried by a power greater than yourself.

And you experience waves,

Ups and downs,

Which are neither good nor bad.

And if any rocks or obstacles appear,

You simply move around them.

Just as the stream moves around them without making a fuss.

Travelling over,

Travelling under,

Any obstacles,

Effortlessly with ease.

And while floating with the stream,

You sense companionship.

You know that the stream is there to guide you.

And the stream is there to guide all other creatures.

The stream cares for all that enter it.

It supports all life,

No matter what shape or size.

So you send your gratitude and love out into the stream.

Thanking it for teaching you how to live your life with ease.

All streams lead to the ocean.

Everything is on the same journey.

And you know you can face any challenges for you are powerful,

Just like the stream.

And when you return from this journey,

You will begin to notice how your life will change in so many small ways.

How you will feel more and more at ease,

More and more in harmony,

More and more able to live your life effortlessly.

You will notice how you have the growing ability to let go in many areas.

To let go of fears that are holding you back.

To let go of complaining and just do what your heart knows is right.

To let go of comparing yourself to others and embrace your own unique qualities.

To let go of trying to change others,

For everyone has their own stream to flow down.

To let go of who you think you are,

So that you are free to become who you might be.

To let go of rigid plans,

So that new paths may appear.

To let go of objects and attachments to feel lighter and lighter.

And wherever you feel anxiety in your body,

Release it now.

Release it out into the stream.

And you can always transport yourself back to the stream and it will help guide you.

And you will take with you this sense of calm that you feel right now.

And it will stay with you for days,

If not months,

If not years.

The stream is now inside you.

You will always feel its presence.

Allow it to return you back to your natural state of calm.

And rest now in its nourishing waters.

And you can wake in your own time.

And when you wake,

You will feel wonderfully refreshed with a new perspective on your life.
