Close your eyes and deepen your breathing.
Deep inhale through the nose,
Deep exhale through the nose.
Breathing deeply and see if with every breath you can relax your body even more.
Let's take a few more deep breaths.
Really turning inwards,
Leaving the troubles of the world behind for a few moments to just focus on you.
Now see yourself in your mind's eye and visualise your aura.
You may see this as a cloud around you,
You may see it as light,
As smoke,
Whatever feels right for you.
And just notice the qualities of this aura.
What colour is it?
Is it dense or light?
Notice if you spot any holes or gaps.
As we interact with the world around us,
We leave an energy signature with people,
Places,
Situations.
This can deplete us over time,
Leaving us feeling tired,
Down or simply just not quite ourselves.
So now set the intention to call back your energy.
To call back those pieces of your aura that are trapped with people,
Places and situations that no longer serve you.
And as you set this intention,
Visualise those parts of your energy coming back to you,
Rejoining your aura.
Feel your energy field getting stronger.
See your aura getting bigger and brighter.
Simply focusing on this visualisation and on this feeling.
Call your energy back to you and welcome it home.
Whenever you get distracted,
It's okay,
Just bring yourself back to the visualisation and reconnect with this feeling of your energy field growing,
Getting stronger.
Now see yourself in your mind's eye and notice how your aura has changed.
Notice if it's bigger,
If it's brighter.
See all the gaps and holes that were there before,
Completely filled.
And notice how you feel.
Maybe you can feel the weight of your energy in the palms of your hands,
Tingling at your feet,
At the crown of your head.
And finally take a moment to thank your higher soul for facilitating this energy retrieval.
Now slowly start to bring yourself back to your physical body.
Take some deep breaths in and out.
Wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes.
You can roll your shoulders out,
Maybe move your head from side to side.
And coming back to your physical body.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
