You For this meditation,
You may sit comfortably or you may lie down.
Please close your eyes and begin by taking a long deep breath in and slowly exhale out.
Take another long deep breath in and slowly exhale out.
Please take one more long deep breath in and slowly exhale out.
Now just allow your breathing to become relaxed and regular.
And with each in-breath,
Feel yourself becoming more and more alive.
Feel your mind being refreshed and renewed by all the oxygen and life-giving energy which you are taking in.
And for a moment,
Just allow yourself to relax and keep your attention on your breathing.
Now keeping your eyes closed.
Gently lift your gaze to the third eye,
The space between your eyebrows.
And imagine yourself standing in front of a door.
This is a doorway into your mind.
Now imagine yourself opening the door.
And when you enter into it,
You step into a room with a large bookcase.
Please scan the shelves of this bookcase.
And I would like you to reach up and take a book down.
Look at the outside of this book.
What color is it?
How does it feel?
Is it leather-bound?
Is it a hard cover?
Is it a soft cover?
Take in all the details and imagine this book however you desire.
But I want you to see it as clearly as possible.
And remember it,
For it is your book.
Now imagine yourself opening this book.
And when you do,
You see that it is completely empty.
There are no words written in it.
Every page is brand new,
Clean and white as snow.
So imagine yourself taking a pen.
And see yourself writing the following words onto the page before you.
I am a child of God.
I am loved.
I am worthy.
I deserve it.
I am a child of God.
I am loved.
I am worthy.
I deserve it.
Now look at the words on the page.
And take a long,
Slow deep breath in.
And slowly exhale out.
Now turn the page.
And once again see or imagine yourself writing the following words onto the page.
I am content.
Relax.
Just breathe.
I am peaceful.
I am content.
Relax.
Just breathe.
I am peaceful.
Now take a few moments to see these words that you have just written onto the page.
Take a long deep breath in.
Relax.
Now please turn the page one more time.
And imagine yourself writing the following.
Don't doubt.
Believe.
It will come.
Everything I dream of is coming my way.
There is no lack or limitation in my life.
Don't doubt.
Believe.

And one last time see the words that you have written upon the page.
Now take a long deep breath in.
Now please close your book.
And for a moment sit holding the book to your heart.
Absorb all that you have written.
And know that this is the truth of your life.
For you are an eternal energy or spirit created in the image and likeness of God.
And for a moment sit holding the book to your heart.
And for a moment sit holding the book to your heart.
And for a moment sit holding the book to your heart.
Now please place your book back on the shelf.
But remember whenever any criticism comes your way,
Whenever doubt creeps in,
Anytime you are stressed,
Feel like you are not good enough or underestimating your true potential,
Then just close your eyes,
Picture the door,
Step into this room,
Get the book that you have just created and read it.
You can access this book at any time for you carry it with you every moment,
Every hour,
Every second of every day.
And there are many more pages within it so you can add your own supporting and uplifting statements at any time.
But for now it's time for you to leave the room.
So please take one final long deep breath in and slowly exhale out.
And whenever you're ready you may slowly open your eyes.
