Take a moment or two to find a comfortable spot where you won't be disturbed and where you know you can relax and unwind.
Where you can relax and let go,
Lying comfortably with your legs on the floor and your arms resting by your sides,
Or sitting if you prefer.
Take a few deep,
Filling breaths and release them fully.
As you lie there comfortably,
Focusing on your breathing,
I want you to notice that you can take a really deep breath in and release it fully.

Notice your chest as you breathe in and out.
Notice the rise and fall of your abdomen as you breathe in.
And as you release out,
Experience how good it feels to fully release and to let yourself relax.
I want you to create in your mind a picture of yourself at your absolute best.
See yourself as the fittest you can be,
At a weight you are happy to maintain,
And see that your skin and your eyes are glowing,
That your nails and hair look healthy.
Notice that you look physically strong,
That your hair and skin and nails look healthy and shiny and strong.
Go inside your body now and pay attention to the muscles of your body.
All along your arms,
Your legs and your stomach,
Noticing that they are defined in a way that makes you feel powerful,
That makes you feel alive and on top of your game.
Connect with how good it feels to know that you have transformed your body to feel its very best,
That this was always in your control,
And now you have decided to make it happen,
And so it has.
Imagine yourself now preparing to exercise.
As you put on your trainers,
Tap into that energy and excitement that you know comes from pushing yourself,
From taking control and creating your body the way you want it to be,
At its best,
Toned,
Fit and flexible.
And now,
As you see yourself exercising,
Notice how good it feels to push yourself,
To warm up,
To be flexible,
To take those steps that make you feel fit and healthy.
Feel in your body the endorphins that surround you and wash through you when you have exercised well and when you have pushed yourself to your physical limits.
Recall how this feels in your body and breathe deeply into this version of you.
And notice how good it feels,
How your lungs feel alive,
How they feel full of breath when you have this level of fitness.
See yourself now shaping your body the way you want it to be.
And as you complete your exercise,
