Make yourself comfortable.

Close your eyes.

Take a slow deep breath and let go of any tension as you feel yourself sinking into the surface that you're resting on.

Becoming still more comfortable and relaxed.

Take another slow deep breath in through your nose filling your abdomen and release slowly letting your thoughts go.

Letting them drift far away and take another slow controlled breath in and release it slowly and know that in this moment all is well.

Imagine a column of light is coming down from high up out in the universe through our beautiful sky.

Directly through the ceiling of the space you are in through your room and going deep into the earth.

This light contains the most positive loving energy in the universe and it's here to help you and make all things better in every way.

Feel and see the light filling you up and everything around you.

Just let it in and it will help clear your mind,

Tune up your body and bring you happiness and peace.

Imagine yourself comfortably at the heart of a community you love in the middle of that space in the column of light here and now with the light filling and surrounding it.

Just picture you and that group and those people becoming filled with it and surrounded by the light.

Soon that picture becomes lighter and lighter until it's overflowing with light and love.

Now slowly begin to change the color of the light beginning with red.

Picture the most beautiful red color you can imagine filling that image those people you.

The red color brings you all the energy you need to work through any challenge.

Take a deep breath and let it in and let all doubts go.

Now the light changes to orange so allow the orange color to fill and surround you.

The orange color is bringing you whatever you need for as long as you need it.

Take a deep breath let it in and let all go.

Now the light column changes to a bright golden yellow and it surrounds and fills you and everything and everyone around you.

The yellow color brings happiness and joy to your day and helps you know you can do whatever you need to do.

Take a breath breathe in the yellow color and let all else go.

The light changes to a deep emerald green and fills and surrounds you your home your community and everyone in your life.

The green color fills you with love for yourself and for others and helps you feel as if everyone is your friend even if they don't know it yet.

You accept them it feels good.

Take a deep breath breathe in the green color let all else go.

Now the light changes to a beautiful blue the blue fills you and your life it brings clarity to your thinking and peace to your mind.

Everything is happening as it should and all is well.

You know that you deserve to belong.

Take a deep breath breathe in the blue color and let all else go.

The light column in your home now becomes a rich purple.

Your life is part of a much bigger plan and you are seen known and loved.

All you need to do is be still and listen and you can know whatever you need to know.

Take a deep breath breathe in the color purple and let all else go.

Take a few moments now just to follow your breathing and quietly listen and look inside for anything you need to know today.

Don't force it just allow whatever comes to come even if for now it's just peace and quiet.

It will soon be time to bring your attention back to your physical surroundings.

Inwardly thank yourself for taking the time for peace and stillness.

Take your time and when you're ready open your eyes and feel awake alert and refreshed.
