Close your eyes and come down into your breath into your body relaxing your belly softening your mind draw yourself back back from where you've been in your day draw your energies back back home to your center allow your mind to empty letting go what it no longer needs let it go flowing out and away allow your body to release letting go what it no longer needs let it go sense the space around you breathe with the space bringing your awareness to the rise and fall of your breath the coming and going of your breath the sensation sound temperature of your breath now breathe down to where the weight of your body rests below the base of your spine to your root your center of belonging breathe into your root let it soften gently expanding on your breath taking in nourishment and life-force energy allow your route to connect down and down deep into the earth and invite in the color red the color of the earth bathe your root with red empowering embodying and grounding you in the here and now let your root take what it needs when you're ready allow your awareness to move up to your belly just below your navel your center of emotional intelligence choice creativity movement and pleasure breathe into this space just below your navel letting it gently soften expanding on your breath taking in nourishment and life-force energy invite in the color orange the color of the setting Sun bathe this space with orange balancing empowering motivating let this space just below your navel be nourished move your awareness up to the soft area below your breastbone your center of personal power breathe into this space just below your breastbone allowing it to soften expanding on your breath and invite in the color yellow the color of sunshine bathe it with sunshine replenishing restoring nurturing letting this space take what it needs bring your awareness up to the center of your chest to your heart to the center of self-development and unconditional love breathe into your heart letting it soften and expand on your breath and invite in green the color of spring bathe your heart center with nourishment renewal healing let your heart take what it needs move up to your neck your throat your center of self-expression and personal will allow your throat to soften expand inviting in the color blue the color of the sky breathe sky into your throat clearing opening and softening freeing self-expression and creativity let your throat take what it needs now take your focus up to your forehead between your eyebrows your third eye your center of wisdom and intuition allow it to soften expand and breathe inviting in indigo the velvety color of night sky bathe your third eye with indigo soothing and balancing bringing clarity insight and understanding let your third eye take what it needs moving up to the top of your head to your crown your center of oneness allow your crown to breathe gently inviting in the color violet a light violet softly bathe your crown and violet balancing restoring and harmonizing let your crown take what it needs now when you're ready come back to yourself as a whole back to the ebb and flow of your breath and let your crown take what it needs the flow of your breath the in and out of your breath gently bring your breath back to your center to your core allow the energy of your breath to bathe your body your mind your emotions and your spirit taking what you need and closing your energy centers just a little leave them open enough to allow free movement of the breath knowing that it's enough to hold this as an intention now become aware of the air on the surface of your body the sounds around you near and in the distance become aware of the support beneath you notice how you feel hold yourself with loving kindness for the beautiful unique being that you are and when you're ready open your eyes recorded for mind body align align mindfulness and Anna Marie Fernyak calm by me Anna Marie Fernyak this recording is copyrighted by Anna Marie Fernyak at mindfully Anne Marie Anna Marie Fernyak calm all rights reserved
