Welcome.

This is the second part to the three-part series,

Find Your Beauty,

Find Your Power,

Find Your Wisdom.

It's a dynamic session,

So to get the most out of this meditation,

Find a space to stand where your arms can swing freely in any direction.

The alternative is to sit tall on an upright chair with your feet flat on the ground.

I like to use a rotating chair on wheels if I'm sitting,

Just to get some movement happening in the torso and the pelvis.

If you find that you need to take a break,

You can sit or lie down and just listen until you're ready to join again.

Do whatever is most comfortable for you.

I will strike my singing bowl at the completion and it's helpful to have at least five minutes undisturbed afterwards for some contemplation time.

To bring you to the present moment,

We'll use physical movement mixed with deep breathing to lighten your cells with oxygen.

Let me explain this first part.

Using ballet dancer arms that are fairly straight,

Just a little bit rounded,

You're going to cross them in front of your chest and raise them high above your head as you breathe in that big deep breath and then let the arms continue in a circle out to the side and down to your hips as you breathe out.

If you need to stop for a yawn,

Please do so.

It's good for the oxygen.

Let's go.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Give it a little smile.

Breathe in and out.

Last one.

Breathe in and out we go.

Bend your knees a little bit,

Feet apart.

Knees are soft.

Let the hips sway a little bit as they please.

Now we're going to do similar arms but add some movement from the upper back.

So you're going to drop your chin down,

Curve your upper back forward so you're like a flower that's going to grow and about to bloom as the arms begin to raise,

Crossed in front of you,

Lifting from the elbow and you can reach high,

Lift your chin,

Eyes up to the ceiling and then as your arms reach out to the side and down,

You're going to arch your upper back just a little bit and keep your eyes up.

Keep your knees bent through all of this.

It'll help you keep your balance.

So let's go.

Bend forward,

Drop your chin,

Breathe in,

Elbows lifting,

Hands follow,

Up to the top and drop your hands out to the side,

Looking up to the top and now gently drop your chin back down,

Curve your back over like the flower about to grow.

Breathe in,

Eyes to the ceiling and breathe out.

Two more,

Curl over,

Drop your chin,

Raise up,

Eyes to the ceiling,

Give a little smile,

You're a smiley flower.

One more time,

Drop your chin,

Elbows raising,

Here we go,

Eyes to the ceiling,

Lovely.

Relax your arms,

Move your weight from one foot to the other.

There we go,

One to the other,

To the other.

For each side you lean towards,

Lift your shoulder.

One,

Then the other,

The first and the other again.

Now you can rotate your shoulder as you lean in that direction.

One and the other,

Lift and roll it behind you.

One,

Roll behind you,

One,

Roll behind you.

Keep going,

Deep breathing,

To the other side.

One,

To the other side,

One,

To the other side.

Okay,

Slow it down a little bit,

One and the other side.

Now we're going to rotate the shoulder so you can look behind you each time.

So it's a bigger circle,

Lift the shoulder and turn and look.

Lift the shoulder,

Turn and look.

Keep it going.

If you're sitting on a rotating chair,

You can do this if you're sitting at the front of the seat.

Breathe deep.

Let the yawns come if they want to come.

Two more,

Let's go again.

One and the other.

Great work.

Okay,

Face the front,

Still your hips.

Keep your knees still a little bit bent and alternating each hand,

You're going to slide down your thigh,

Keeping your chin facing straight forward.

Down one side,

Down the other side,

Down one side and the other side.

Okay,

Keep it going and as you slide your hand down the thigh,

Stretch the other arm up high in the air and look towards that hand if your neck feels okay to do that.

Down one side,

Stretch up,

Come straight up and slide down the other side,

Stretch up.

Let's do two more.

Slide down the arm,

Goes up,

Look up to the sky.

Down the other side,

Stretch up.

There's always room for more stretching in these.

Okay,

Lovely.

Stand more upright now,

Bring your hips to the center and use both hands to gently brush the center of your face up to the hairline and temples.

Now give your scalp a lovely gentle massage.

Lovely breathing.

Rub your thumbs down the back of your ears and round the base of your skull.

Up over the top again.

Give a little smile,

You can set too.

Great.

Keep gently massaging your face and your head and your neck wherever feels best as you listen to this next part.

So you're going to take a deep breath as if you're filling your hips and your pelvis with air.

And then as you breathe out,

Imagine you're pushing all the air up from the pelvis and out of your mouth,

Sucking your belly all the way back to your spine,

Like a very thin person.

You're going to keep your eyes forward though or closed through this process.

Makes it easier for your imagination.

So let's give it a try.

Keep those hands rubbing your head.

Relax your tummy muscles.

Breathe in and fill your pelvis and hips.

Breathe in.

Now blow it out and suck your belly back to the spine.

Okay,

Relax your tummy muscles.

Big breath in again.

Breathe in through the pelvis and blow it out.

Suck your belly back in.

One more.

Breathe in and push it out.

Lovely.

Just bring your breathing back to normal.

Sit down if you need to.

Otherwise just keep on swaying a little bit.

Give a little smile.

This teaches your brain that you're actually enjoying yourself.

Now let's start to gently rotate the hips around a little circle.

So you need your knees bent for this part.

You keep massaging your head if you like.

Makes you look mighty sexy.

Okay,

Bring your hands and stroke down the front of your neck now.

One,

Then the other,

Then the other.

Long throat,

Long neck.

Lovely.

Reach out to your shoulders.

Stretch your chest.

Now cross your hands over to the opposite shoulders and give your upper arms a nice cuddle,

A nice rub.

Keep those hips moving around in a circle.

Now you can drop your hands down.

You're going to use one hand to rub the other forearm and give that hand a massage.

We need to look after our hands.

They're so valuable.

Rub around the heel of the thumb and into the palm.

Now out along each finger.

Give them a little squeeze along each finger and pull out towards the fingertip.

Each one.

Lovely.

Okay,

Let's rotate your hips in the opposite direction now.

Let's go the other way around.

You're going to switch over and rub the other forearm now.

This is just for relaxing muscles,

Bringing you present.

And now down to the hand.

Rub around the thumb,

Into the palm.

And now out along each finger.

One,

And the next,

Each one.

Lovely.

Now you can let your hips just go where they wish.

They might want to keep rotating in one way or the other.

They might like to do a figure eight or simply sway side to side.

But whatever they do,

You keep your knees bent and your upper body stays quite still.

A big breath in now.

And out.

Good work.

Just keep it moving now.

When you think of churches,

They often have spires.

And in Egypt,

And indeed all over the world,

You'll find obelisks.

They're a tall,

Straight,

Towering,

Solid spike pointing up to the sky.

And even aerials for television and radio,

They point up before they point out.

And your body can be used in the same way.

You draw energy up along the shaft and then broadcast it out.

So let's build this powerful energy in your body.

Stand a bit more still now,

Legs apart.

And close your eyes if you wish.

And keep your breathing deep and low.

And you're going to let your arms relax.

Now just lift under the armpits a little bit like someone's lifting you under the arms.

Lift your elbows out about 45 degrees with your wrists relaxed.

And now drop your elbows and let the hands float up again as your arms go down.

Let's do it again.

Lift the elbows,

Your wrists are relaxed.

And your elbows go down and your wrists float up.

It's like they're floating along behind.

And let them keep floating up and down like you're in a pool or at the beach.

And the water is gently rocking your arms in the waves.

That way as you move your focus back to your obelisk down the center,

Your arms don't have to fall down by your sides.

They can float as they please,

Like there's air flowing under your arms.

Deep breath in.

And blow it out.

Lovely.

Give a smile.

See yourself as an obelisk,

Tall,

Straight and strong.

And imagine a string attached to the crown of your head,

Lifting you up and lengthening your neck.

Now create a beam of light that runs vertically right down your center from the crown down through the body.

See it glow a gentle creamy white light like the filaments of a dimmed light bulb.

See it flow now from the crown down the torso down between the legs straight into the earth.

And if you're up several floors,

It still carries on unhindered down until it reaches the earth.

See it shoot further now,

Deeper and deeper,

Reaching into the earth,

Past the soil,

Past rock and caves,

Water,

Minerals,

Crystals,

Lava,

Until it reaches the very core of the earth.

Breathe deep.

Ah,

Lovely.

The core of Mother Earth.

She is a spirit just like you.

Physically,

She is bigger than you.

And as your loving mother,

She adores your attention.

Say hello guy.

Her smile sends her own beam up to join yours now from that core.

Feel your beam get stronger and filled with light.

She's pouring her energy up that long string,

Up from the core all the way up through her layers to the surface and up to your torso.

It flows through your body getting brighter and strong,

More loving.

It flows right out of the top of your head,

Up into the sky above out further and further.

Breathe deep.

Ah,

And smile.

Wow,

You are a filament like the light bulb where the dimmer is turned up and the resistance is removed and the flow is strong and powerful,

Shining so bright,

Like a pillar of light.

Now you are more powerful than any manmade object,

Just stunning.

Your pillar of light grows thicker now to allow in more flow.

It goes out beyond the width of your body.

Wow,

You are magnificent.

So now it's time to focus on what you're broadcasting.

Keep the deep breathing going,

Keep that flow.

You can choose at any moment what frequency energy is broadcast when you are conscious of your emotions.

Negative thoughts and emotions generate a low frequency and positive thoughts and emotions generate a high frequency.

Your frequency emanates out and affects the area around you,

But like the butterfly effect,

It continues on,

Spreading wide,

Affecting all of humanity and forever shooting out into infinity.

And your frequency can be seen many galaxies away.

The frequency you broadcast attracts people,

Events,

Experiences,

Spaces and times that match your frequency.

So the goal is to emanate a strong,

Positive,

Joyful,

Loving frequency to attract in the most beneficial experience through your day.

Now this is not always about sort of new age sweetness and light.

It's nice to broadcast that at times,

But worth keeping in mind that you chose to live in this lifetime as a powerful force to change the world to a more free and loving planet.

So sometimes that means turning away from the negative influences and focusing on the positive.

Other times it may mean facing those negative influences and saying no or saying enough.

And you can do that as a powerful,

Positive being.

You do not fight the negative,

For that automatically creates resistance.

You simply put your foot down,

Connecting with Gaia,

Creating that tall,

Calm obelisk and insist that the bad behavior is to stop.

Deep breath and breathe out.

Let your arms float.

Insist is a good word.

It gives no hint of struggle nor battle.

It simply is,

And so it shall be.

A bit like a wizard saying,

You shall not pass.

As you might have heard in the movie,

Only the improved message would be positive wording.

Like I insist you stop.

I insist you speak the truth.

I insist you turn your attention to serving the world rather than yourself.

Get the idea?

Let those hips sway again now.

Breathe in.

Rub your hands together vigorously.

Rub them harder.

Deep breath in.

Suck the belly in as you blow out.

Now put up your right hand,

Soft fingers a little bit apart.

Focus your eyes in front of you on a point and say stop.

Feel Gaia's power flowing through you up into the heavens.

You are a force to be reckoned with.

Say I insist you stop.

See the energy you have stirred in your palm.

Pour out a beam of light force in front of you.

May the force be with you.

Let it pour more powerfully.

Say it again.

I insist you stop.

You see this is not just a hand of useful fingers.

There is a lot of energy that pours out of the palm.

Rub the palms together again.

Sway or rotate the hips.

Let your hips churn up the power.

This is why many ancient cultures use hip movements in their dance.

In Egypt,

The Polynesian Islands,

South America,

And Spain,

Many places even dating back into ancient cultures,

They stir the power through dance with the hips.

Okay try something new.

Put your left hand up,

Fingers slightly apart.

Focus on a spot in front of you and say I wish you peace.

Let the force pour out of your palm.

Say it again.

I wish you peace.

Feel a difference.

There's a heart connection.

Smile.

Two very different energy forces within you.

Deep breath.

So these are just the basic principles I'm giving you.

Now I'm not suggesting you use it to stop traffic on the motorway if you know what I mean.

Common sense is important.

What you are discovering here is that there are powerful forces that can run through you and be harnessed,

Used to benefit the world.

Rub those hands together one more time.

Nice and fast.

Sway the hips.

Breathe deep.

Sigh out.

Now still your hips,

Eyes closed.

Put both hands on your heart and say I love you.

Again say it.

I love you.

Lovely.

Breathe slow.

You are precious beyond your imagination.

You are valuable and so powerful.

You're here to shine your light,

To benefit this world and to bring it through to the new epoch of peace,

Good health and prosperity.

So stand tall and solid obelisk.

You have all the support of Gaia on your side.

You have all the support of the other obelisks on this planet.

You have all the support of the collective consciousness and of source.

You are part of a powerful team that is winning,

Winning and the wind is at your back.

So I leave you now with your contemplation time.

You are ready to use this power.

Always start with your own life,

Family,

Workspace,

Neighborhood and community and think about some simple ways to influence the world using the force through your obelisk to make good positive change.

And as you grow in confidence,

The universe will offer you bigger situations where you can use your new skills to make improvements to the wider picture.
