Starting from your toes and gradually moving up to your head.
Imagine each muscle and limb becoming loose and free of tension.
Now focus your attention on your breath.
Breathe in deeply and exhale slowly.
With each breath,
Imagine a sense of lightness and peace filling your entire body.
Picture yourself standing in a place that's familiar and comforting to you.
It could be a forest,
A beach,
Or any other serene location.
Feel the sensations of this place,
Noticing the details of your surroundings.
Now shift your awareness to your physical body.
Visualize your body becoming lighter.
Imagine it being filled with energy and becoming weightless.
Now clearly state your intention to experience astral projection.
Trust in the process and believe in your ability to achieve this state.
Now concentrate on your energetic body.
Visualize your energetic body as a separate entity from your physical body.
Now visualize your energetic body floating right above you.
As you look at your energetic body,
You notice a silver cord connecting to your physical body.
This cord will ensure the safe return of your energetic body when your astral projection adventure is complete.
Allow your energetic body to slowly move farther away from your physical body.
You may experience vibrations,
Tingling,
Or other sensations.
Trust these feelings and continue to rise farther and farther away from your body.
Once you've left your body,
Explore the astral realm.
You can fly,
Visit different places,
Or encounter spiritual entities.
Stay calm and observe your surroundings with curiosity.
Know that you are safe and protected at all times.
When you're ready to return to your physical body,
Simply think of it and follow the silver cord back.
Feel yourself merging with your body and becoming one with it.
Now gently awaken your physical body.
Open your eyes and move your fingers and toes.
Take your time to fully return to the physical world.
Take a moment to reflect on your experience.
