Take a deep, Full breath, Filling your body with life force energy. Exhale and feel your inner power activated. I am overflowing with self-esteem. Courage is my birthright. I am proud to be exactly who I am. I have profound faith in myself. I am deeply confident in my capabilities. There is a powerhouse of innovation within me. My contribution to the collective world is valuable. Life has given me so much evidence of my strength and perseverance. I accept my past regrets and appreciate the clarity and growth that they inspired. My existence is evidence of my durability. I am the hero of my story. I exude vitality.
