This powerful chakra allows us to feel love,

Which is the highest vibrational frequency.

Take a slow,

Deep breath,

Expanding your chest,

And allow these affirmations to open your heart and connect you with the energy of powerful,

Joyful,

And unconditional love.

Love is my natural state of being.

When my heart is open,

My power is limitless.

I am so grateful for the countless little things that make me smile.

Feeling gratitude blasts my heart open.

I cherish my energetic connections to others,

Animals,

Nature,

And the divine non-physical.

I love myself.

I forgive myself for my mistakes.

I have compassion for myself because shaming only closes my heart and lowers my vibration.

I am the highest version of myself when I lovingly accept all of who I am and all that I've done.

I recognize that all souls are ultimately connected.

Everyone I have ever interacted with has added to the tapestry of my unique life experience.

I forgive those who have hurt me because I know that resentment only closes my heart and lowers my vibration.

As I focus on my heart space,

I can feel blockages opening and radiating green light.

I welcome exciting new connections and experiences into my life.

Love flows effortlessly out of me like a peaceful and powerful stream.

This love is unconditional.
