There is a powerful act that is always happening in creation.
And it is fluidity.
It is silent.
But it is happening all the time.
In nature,
Everything is moving without forcing anything.
And when we as human beings align ourselves with that power,
Everything in our life begins to fall into place.
Our indigenous elders learned to observe how everything functions on this earth.
And they saw that in creation,
Nothing is forcing anything.
And they learned from what has been moving and existed that is more ancient than us on this earth.
They recognized a power that is experiencing itself in all things,
That is well-directed and with a purpose.
They recognized a power that moves the air,
That moves the water,
And they recognized that that power doesn't just move the air and the water,
That this power moves within everything that exists,
And that it always finds the easiest route.
And in this way,
Our elders recognize that great part of the suffering of humanity happens because we are going against our nature.
Our elders say that when we force something,
Something breaks.
What is forced breaks.
And that if we don't force anything,
Then our life flows like the water,
Like the air.
It flows like everything in creation.
Sometimes we want things to work out the way in which we want them to.
And so we make an effort beyond our limits.
And that ends up draining us and making us sick.
But an elder,
He would say,
Don't chase the butterflies.
But plant your own garden.
Plant the flowers.
And the butterflies will come to them.
That's very beautiful.
Because it reminds us to pay a lot of attention to our own being.
To take charge of our well-being.
To stop being our own worst enemies.
To stop the internal war.
And to be able to see ourselves with love.
And to be able to recognize ourselves as a sacred temple that walks on this earth.
And in this way,
Everything that flows within me,
May it always be directed towards well-being.
May my thoughts always be born from my heart,
So that my thoughts may always carry love.
May my words be born from my heart,
So that my words always carry love and beauty.
And when that happens,
It is simply the love of the universe flowing through me.
And that begins to beautify my life.
It's very important to always lead our life with humility and beauty.
Humility to not confuse ourselves with pride and to get lost in vanity.
But rather to live our life in beauty as an act of love and honoring of life.
And naturally we become radiant.
We become a magnetic center that attracts beautiful things.
When I move through life giving thanks and recognizing the blessings.
When I go through life with a good attitude.
This is like planting a beautiful garden of flowers within me.
And the elder says,
Then the butterflies come to you.
And with that,
He is referring to the beautiful things,
The beauty of life.
People will want to be with you.
But above all,
I will always feel very good with myself.
Myself.
When I go through life laughing and giving thanks and being grateful for every moment.
And when the difficulties come,
I can recognize blessings even in that difficulty.
In the manner in which I see the densities and opportunity to grow.
And I don't stay there fighting with what happens.
Then I begin to become radiant.
I begin to illuminate my darkness in the manner in which I pray and I give thanks and I only take the good.
And in this way my whole being reconfigures itself in the favor of well-being.
And I enter within a line of compatibility with the natural flow of creation.
And it's so beautiful.
And our ego makes us believe that it's so difficult.
But what truly happens is that through this we begin to have a more joyful existence and everything starts to become easier.
Everything begins to flow in our life.
And in this way I begin to live one day at a time.
One step at a time.
And that which I do,
I do it well done,
I make it beautiful,
And I do it as enjoyable as possible.
But without forcing anything.
This is how we begin the path to freedom.
