Thank you for taking these five minutes for yourself to do a body scan to bring more awareness into your body,
Into your mind,
Into your heart and to reconnect with your life force within you.
So let us start by grounding ourselves with deeper breaths.
Let us take a deep breath in.
Open your mouth,
Exhale,
Relaxing your shoulders.
Taking another deep breath in.
Open your mouth,
Relax your belly and the deepest breath of your day.
Take a deep inhale,
Dropping down into Mother Earth with an exhale.
Feeling the wave of relaxation rippling over your body and let us rotate our consciousness,
Our ability to notice through different body parts and as I name these body parts I want you to check in with how they are feeling right now and relax them.
Giving them your loving attention and moving on to the next.
Let us begin.
Your shoulders,
Your neck,
Chest,
Shoulder blades,
Belly,
Middle back,
Lower back,
Your thighs,
Knees,
Shins,
Your feet,
Toes,
Your head,
Forehead,
Eyes,
Nose,
Cheeks,
Mouth,
Your ears,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Upper arms,
Elbows,
Lower arms,
Hands,
Fingers.
Let us take a deep breath in,
Relaxing your shoulders again.
Deep breath in,
Bringing relaxation into your belly.
Deep breath in,
Relaxing your thighs and just feeling into your state of being now and if you feel more relaxed than you did before.
