Namaste and welcome to our self-love guided meditation.

The intention of today's meditation is to welcome in love for self into our hearts.

To let go of worry,

Doubt,

Fear and to welcome in all the things that we deserve and to let go of what no longer serves us.

I invite you to find a comfortable spot whether it's lying down,

Legs outstretched or sitting crisscross.

Once you find your comfortable spot,

I invite you to gently close your eyes and start with taking a deep inhale through the nose,

Hand out through the nose.

Being sure to relax your face,

To relax your brow center and to bring your tongue from the roof of your mouth.

Just continue to breathe here,

Breathing in through the nose and breathe out through the nose.

As you begin to drift deeper into your meditation,

A mantra that you can say silently to yourself,

I am enough just as I am.

Breathing in,

I am enough.

Exhaling,

Just as I am.

I am enough just as I am.

Continue to breathe here.

Breathe in,

I am enough.

Breathe out,

Just as I am.

And while you're here,

I just want to share a few affirmations with you.

You are loved.

You are wanted.

You are enough.

You are strong.

You belong here.

You make others smile.

You accept yourself.

You are confident.

You are worthy of a great life.

You are worthy of love.

You are great.

You are respected.

You are living to your fullest potential.

You are beautiful.

You are full of gratitude.

You attract opportunities.

You are a positive light.

You are.

You love yourself.

I am love.

I am wanted.

I am enough.

I am strong.

I am smart.

I belong here.

I make others smile.

I accept myself.

I am confident.

I am worthy of a great life.

I am worthy.

I am great.

I am respected.

I am living to my fullest potential.

I am beautiful.

I am full of gratitude.

I attract opportunities.

I am a positive light.

I am calm myself.

Continuing to breathe in and out as you allow affirmations to serve its truth in your lives.

You are love and you are worthy of this gift.

Just continue to breathe in and out through the nose.

Slowly and gently begin to bring your awareness back.

Look at your fingers.

Look at your toes.

And before you open your eyes,

I invite you to take three intentional breaths with me.

Breathe in through the nose and breathe out through the mouth.

Letting go of everything that no longer serves you in love.

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Letting go of all the self-doubt that has ever held you back.

And last time,

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Letting go of everything that has ever made you feel that you aren't worthy of love.

And when you're ready,

And only when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and know that you are not the same person anymore.

You are worthy of love and now you will attract it.

Namaste and thank you for listening.
