Welcome to our chakra balancing meditation.
My name is Anna and today we're going to use the power of affirmations to unlock and balance our seven chakras so the energy can run through our body and harmony exists between the physical body mind and spirit.
Affirmations are statements of what we understand to be true and they're able to open or close doors and transform the way our mind works.
The word spoken and repeated several times causes brain reactions that stimulate feelings of trust,
Confidence,
Positivity,
Peace and action.
In today's practice I'll briefly explain about the chakra,
Its location and present you with the affirmation.
You will have about 40 seconds to repeat the affirmation out loud or in the back of your mind and as many times as you wish.
Bring your whole focus and intention to the words you put out to the universe and then we'll close up with the sit mantra or sound of that chakra.
With that in mind let's begin with our meditation.
Find yourself in a comfortable seated position on the floor or chair or lying on your bed.
Start slowly breathing in and out through your nose.
Breathing in your belly expands out.
Breathing out belly falls down and softens.
Allow every exhalation to relax each and every part of your body letting go of any tension and worry you might be holding in this moment.
The first chakra,
The Mula Dada or root chakra represents our foundation.
On our body it sits at the base of the spine and give us the feeling of being grounded.
Begin to deepen the breath as you inhale take the awareness to the top of your head and as you exhale bring the awareness back to the center of your pelvis in the root chakra.
When the root chakra is open we feel confident in our ability to overcome challenges and stand on our own two feet.
The affirmation is I am connected with the energy of Mother Earth.
My body mind and spirit are grounded centered and purified.
I am connected with the energy of Mother Earth.
My body mind and spirit are grounded centered and purified.
Now repeat to yourself as you feel the support and energy of Mother Earth beneath you.
It's time to release the affirmation by repeating three times the same mantra for the root chakra Om Lum.
The second chakra is the sacred chakra which is located on our lower abdomen and is responsible for the energy and sense of abundance,
Well-being,
Pleasure,
Sexuality and creativity.
It helps inform how we relate to our emotions and the emotions of others.
The affirmation of the sacred chakra is I love all dimensions of myself.
I delight in waving the creative tapestry that is my life.
I love all dimensions of myself.
I delight in waving the creative tapestry that is my life.
It's time to release the affirmation by repeating three times the same mantra for the sacred chakra Om Vam.
The third chakra the solar plexus chakra speaks to your ability to be confident and in control of your life.
It's located on your upper abdomen in the stomach area and controls our self worth,
Self confidence and self-esteem.
Now repeat to yourself my will and divine will are one.
I am connected to the abundant flow of the universe and easily manifest my dreams.
My will and divine will are one.
I'm connected to the abundant flow of the universe and easily manifest my dreams.
I'm connected to the abundant flow of the universe and easily manifest my dreams.
It's time to release the affirmation by repeating 3 times the C mantra for the solar plexus chakra.
Om Jam Om Jam Om Jam The Anahata or heart chakra is the bridge between the lower chakras associated with the material world and the upper chakras associated with the spiritual world.
As the name suggests,
This chakra can influence your ability to give and receive love from ourselves and from others.
Place your hands on your heart space and repeat.
My heart is open to receive the energy of love.
I radiate this essence and I walk my path with ease and grace.
My heart is open to receive the energy of love.
I radiate this essence and I walk my path with ease and grace.
I radiate this essence and I walk my path with ease and grace.
It's time to release the affirmation by repeating 3 times the C mantra for the heart chakra.
Om Jam Om Jam Om Jam The Visuddha or throat chakra gives voice to the heart chakra and controls your ability to communicate and express clearly our truth and personal power.
I am aligned with my highest truth and communicate this with love and honour.
My words echo softly within the universe.
I am aligned with my highest truth and communicate this with love and honour.
My words echo softly within the universe.

It is time to release the affirmation by repeating 3 times the C mantra for the throat chakra.
Om Jam Om Jam Om Jam As we move up the body,
We are getting closer to communing with the divine.
The Ajna or third eye chakra is located between the eyebrows and it controls our ability to see the big picture and connect to our intuition.
Repeat as you bring your awareness to the space between your eyebrows.
My mind is open to new vision.
I expand my awareness through my higher self.
My mind is open to new vision and I expand my awareness through my higher self.
I expand my awareness through my higher self.
It is time to release the affirmation by repeating 3 times the C mantra for the third eye chakra.
Om Om Om The seventh chakra,
The crown chakra,
Is the highest one.
It sits at the crown of the head and represents our ability to be fully connected in the spiritual world.
Meditate as you focus your attention on the crown of your head and in your body,
Mind and spirit as a whole.
I am connected to the divine source of the universe.
I am light.
I trust.
I am connected to the divine source of the universe.
I am light.
I trust.
I am light.
I am light.
It is time to release the affirmation.
Stay in silence and stillness with love,
Joy and bliss.
When you are ready,
Start bringing your awareness back to your senses,
Your sense of smell,
Touch,
Sounds around you.
When you are ready,
Gently open your eyes and smile,
Appreciating yourself for taking this time to let go,
To connect,
To restore and energise.
Thank you for sharing your presence with me today.
Love and light.
Namaste.
