Welcome to Knowing Clarity.
This is Anna and I will guide you through a meditation on presence of love.
Taking a comfortable position,
Maybe lying down or sitting up,
Feeling relaxed,
Just feeling your breath going in and out,
Closing your eyes,
Relaxing your body,
Your muscles,
Giving yourself over to gravity,
To this moment,
Feeling at home,
And dropping within with the help of your breath,
Feeling that you can let go of the weight,
You can let all thoughts,
Emotions,
Sensations arise in your awareness,
You can make space for it all and still not get lost in them.
When you allow them to surface,
You create flow,
You create space for them to arise and to pass by,
Like clouds in the sky,
Like waves in the ocean,
I see if you can connect with your heart,
With the energy,
With the warmth,
With the love.
You can also use your breath and breathe in love and breathe out love.
You are this love,
It's what you truly are.
And in the presence of love,
Everything else can exist and we don't have to fear it,
We can rest,
We can trust.
Just continue to breathe in and out,
Love,
Light,
Trust,
Kindness,
You can feel it in yourself and you can offer that to others,
You can radiate this light,
This love,
You receive it,
You're an instrument and you radiate it and that is endless,
Always present,
Always available,
Always reliable.
Nothing else to be sure about but this.
Continue to breathe in and out,
This wonderful energy,
Knowing that it's you,
Being a part of something bigger,
You only need to remember that,
You only need to be aware of the present moment to remember that.
That's where your true creativity and resourcefulness can be found.
You can just feel it and feel the peace that comes with it,
The sense of connection,
The wholeness.
You can bring your questions,
Your sorrows and your happiness to this energy and see what answers,
What insights it gives you.
Now feeling your breath again through your nose,
Your chest,
Your whole body breathing in and out,
A few more moments like this and gradually open your eyes,
Maybe you want to write down what images,
Thoughts,
Emotions arise for you and have a wonderful day,
A peaceful evening.
