This is Anna and I'll guide you through a mini meditation.
So,
By adjusting your position,
Feeling comfortable,
Take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to arrive in this moment,
To land in your body again,
To be at home.
And try to relax your body a bit more with each exhalation.
Feel how your body touches the ground,
How it is supported.
Feel the air around your body.
Maybe you have some sounds nearby,
Maybe smells.
And just stay for a little bit like this,
Sensing.
Sensing what's happening outside and within yourself.
Sensing your body from within.
And now bring your awareness to your heart area.
Feeling the warmth in that area.
And feeling that energy expanding throughout your body.
How it reverberates from within and outward.
And see if you can bring any tension for the rest of your day.
