Just make sure both soles of your feet are touching the ground And your spine is tall and elongated Your shoulders are relaxed Take a moment to really find yourself a comfortable posture And start closing your eyes Bringing your awareness inward Tuning in with your breath By simply focusing on your inhale and your exhale Both happening through your nose I invite you to place your hands facing down Resting into your knees Just taking a moment to draw all your awareness inward Now bringing your focus to your heart center If there is a lot of thoughts happening in the mind,
That's completely fine Just use your focus to draw your attention to your breath and to the center Of your heart space Keep breathing in and out through the nose at your own pace Nothing to do,
