For this meditation you are welcome to find a comfortable position whether that's sitting or laying.
Just making sure you are really really comfortable and taking a moment here to close your eyes and start bringing your awareness towards your breath.
Inhaling and exhaling through your nose and softening your body,
Relaxing yourself,
Taking a moment to feel supported by Mother Earth as you continue to breathe in and out through your nose,
Feeling really relaxed and really supported.
The invitation for today's practice is for you to consciously cultivate gratitude.
Gratitude is the foundation for abundance and it's our link to intuition.
It really can shift deeply deeply patterns from our subconscious and allow us to move forward whatever is happening.
So as you continue to breathe in and out through your nose,
I'm going to invite you to bring the first thought that comes into your mind that it's worrying you or it's causing any sort of discomfort to your mind.
Breathe in and out,
Trying to relax the body if any tension comes.
And the invitation now is to consciously take a moment to imagine the most positive,
Most beneficial outcome for the situation that is troubling right now.
Use your imagination and imagine the best possible outcome.
Make sure this outcome comes from a space of love and compassion towards yourself and anyone else involved.
And as you do this,
I invite you to draw a smile on your face,
Like really embody this perfect scenario of whatever is currently troubling your mind.
As you keep breathing in and out through your nose,
With a smile on your face.
Trust in your imagination,
Trust in the process,
Trust in the universe that is supporting you and guiding you.
Now I invite you to bring into your mind the most amazing thing that happened to you today.
Take a moment again to embody that,
Try to keep the smile on your face,
Even if you have to force it,
Just observe the facts that bring into your practice.
And from here I invite you to bring your left hand on top of your heart and your right on top of your left and feel that beautiful sensation of feeling grateful for whatever comes first into your mind that happened to you today.
Feeling supported,
Feeling aligned with your higher self.
Keep breathing in and out through your nose,
Smiling.
And finally I invite you to just be grateful for this day that you experienced,
For this opportunity to be breathing,
To be living,
To be existing.
For all the synchronicities,
Coincidence,
In whatever way you want to put it,
That had happened for you to exist and be right here in this very moment.
Really embracing that,
Feeling it.
Breathing your smile and breathing in and out through your nose,
Connecting with your heartbeat,
Connecting with your intuition.
You can stay in this space for as long as you want and you are very welcome to keep bringing more things that come naturally towards your mind that you feel grateful for.
The more you practice this exercise,
The more you will develop the skills to attract more things into your life.
