This is a super short guided meditation for when you are in need of an energy boost. It can be practiced in the morning or at another time during the day when you feel stagnant. This practice is great for cleasning stagnant energy and allowing the new, fresh energy to flow and revitalize you! Enjoy!

Hello.

Welcome to your meditation.

For today's meditation,

It's going to be a very short but also very powerful meditation.

I will be guiding you through a practice where you will be able to clean your energy and reignite the center where all of your energy is created.

So go ahead and take a seat.

Find a comfortable space wherever you are.

Make sure there are no distractions.

Make sure that you will be able to simply be.

And once you've found a comfortable seated position,

Go ahead and close your eyes for a moment.

If it feels safe,

And if it doesn't feel safe to close the eyes,

You can just take your gaze down towards your shins,

Towards your navel,

Wherever you can see.

Once you've found that space,

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

The big old sigh.

Let's do that two more times.

Big breath in through the nose.

Exhale out through the mouth.

Last one.

Inhale.

Exhale,

Open mouth.

Sigh it out.

And if you notice that your energy is already starting to shift,

That's great.

And if not,

No worries.

We're going to jump right into it.

I want you to imagine a golden bright light that's about two inches,

Three inches perhaps deep into your being right behind the belly button.

Imagine like it's going inward.

And this is a space where energy is created.

So on your next inhale,

I want you to visualize all of the energy,

All of your breath coming into this golden light.

This little ball of golden light can start to get bigger and bigger as you bring your inhale in.

Feel your entire body energized and as you exhale,

Imagine all the energy that's stagnant leaving through every pore of your body.

We're going to do that together two more times.

Drawing the energy into that golden little ball,

Make it bigger,

Expanded exhale.

Let your breath just come out of your skin.

One more round.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Allow the energy to leave the body.

So you can do this practice as many times as you'd like.

It's a practice of really bringing in the new clean,

Revitalizing energy and removing the stagnant energy,

Keeping all of the energy flowing.

It's circulating,

It's active,

It's flowing and removing any stagnant,

Anything that's no longer serving you,

Just moving it around.

Just notice the difference.

Take a moment to find stillness and repeat as many times as you'd like.

This is a very powerful,

Subtle,

Yet simple practice.

It's very,

Very deep as well.

Use it as you wish at your own convenience.

Take your time to come out of this practice.
