Manifesting Abundance Meditation.

This meditation is designed to help you release blockages and open up to a flow of abundance into your life.

Find a comfortable position either sitting on the floor with legs crossed or in a chair with your spine straight and feet flat on the floor,

Hands resting on your knees with the palms facing up.

You can also lie on your back with legs uncrossed and arms resting by your sides,

Palms facing upwards if that's more comfortable for you.

By having this position of your hands facing upwards you are in receiving mode and already opening to more abundance in your life.

Take a deep inhale down into your belly and with the exhale sighing it out through your mouth with the intention of releasing any thoughts that are preventing you from being truly present in this moment.

Repeating this breath two more times two more times and with each sigh become more present in your body and in the present moment.

Take another deep inhale this time pausing at the top of the breath before exhaling through the nose in a long slow even exhale feeling your awareness gently dropping into the present moment.

An abundant mindset is a grateful mindset so start to bring to mind what you are grateful for.

Feeling gratitude for this time out in stillness and meditation,

Feeling gratitude for the body that allows you to experience the world and it allows you to experience this meditation.

Feel gratitude for the people in your life,

The opportunities you are given,

The lessons you are learning and anything else that brings you gratitude.

Connect with how this sense of gratitude feels in your body.

Notice how it expands you energetically opening you to a continuous flow of abundance into your life.

Start to embody the feeling of having it all and of living the life of your dreams.

Imagine how you would walk and move,

Imagine how you would interact with people and how they would respond to you.

Imagine yourself achieving everything you've always dreamed of.

Notice how this feels in your body,

This feeling of living the life of your dreams.

This feeling is always present within you and by connecting with it you instantly become abundant.

You also open yourself up to an unlimited flow of abundance from the universe.

Finish by repeating the affirmation abundance flows to me for three deep breaths.

Inhale abundance flows to me,

Inhale abundance flows to me,

Exhale abundance flows to me.

Carry these feelings of presence,

Gratitude and overflowing abundance into the rest of your day.
