Welcome to your Becoming Intuitive meditation.

To begin,

Find a comfortable position either seated or lying down.

When you're ready,

Shutting your eyes down,

Allowing your hands to be relaxed.

Feeling your body start to soften.

Relaxing the muscles of your face.

Feeling your body,

Your arms and your legs becoming heavy.

The whole body heavy and relaxed.

I'm coming now to focus on your breath.

Gently deepening your breathing so that you're bringing your inhalation down into your belly.

And focusing on that rise and fall of your belly with each slow deep breath.

If you like,

You can place your hands over your belly.

To tune in to the rise of the inhalation and the fall of the exhalation.

As you let your thoughts fall away,

You feel your focus coming into your body and into the present moment.

You can ask questions into this space and see how your intuition responds.

So the first question we'll ask here is,

What do I need to feel nurtured today?

Asking this question and see what comes up for you intuitively.

Let's feel into another question now.

So asking your intuition,

What do I feel is the best course of action for me?

This might be regarding a specific circumstance or decision that you're making.

Might just be a general question and again tuning in to what comes up for you.

Now we'll ask our intuition one final question.

So asking now,

What other intuitive guidance can I tune in today to see if there's anything else that your gut can tell you?

Tuning in to images that come to mind or thoughts,

Words,

Sentences.

Noticing what your intuition has to guide you on.

Coming back to your breath now.

Enjoying those slow deep belly breaths.

Inhaling deeply,

Exhaling slowly.

To finish our meditation we'll take one more deep inhalation and sigh out.

So inhaling deeply and sighing out with your exhalation.

Bringing your awareness back into your body now.

Wriggling fingers and toes.

Stretching arms and legs when you're ready.

And slowly opening your eyes,

Bringing your awareness back into the room.

You might like to jot down any intuitive nudges that came through for you in the meditation today.
