Namaste and welcome to this guided prayer.

Take a few moments here to ground and breathe and invite God into this prayer.

Dear heavenly father we come to you with hearts of praise and gratitude.

Psalm 100 verse 4 says enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise.

Give thanks to him and praise his name.

Take a few moments here to consider the blessings God has bestowed upon you continuing to acknowledge the many blessings.

Also think of family,

Having shelter,

Running water,

Food to eat.

Thank God for anything and everything else you can think of and praise him for being the almighty,

For being the creator of everything,

For his execution of all things in the perfect time,

The perfect place,

In the perfect way,

Everything unfolds.

Next know that God is the almighty provider.

He hears your voice,

He knows your heart,

He comforts your pain.

Take a moment here to lift your heart to God,

To offer up all of your worries,

Your cares,

Concerns and envision handing them over to God and have a vulnerable and honest and authentic conversation with God.

Tell him what you're feeling,

Confide in him your fears,

Your wishes,

Your concerns.

And as you continue with your prayer,

Trust in knowing that God is already at work.

And now take your thoughts to Matthew chapter 25 verse 35.

For I was hungry and you gave me food,

I was thirsty and you gave me drink.

I was a stranger and you welcomed me.

I was naked and you closed me.

I was sick and you visited me.

I was in prison and you came to me.

And the righteous will answer saying,

Lord when did we see you hungry and feed you or thirsty and give you drink?

And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you or naked and clothe you?

When did we see you in sick or in prison and visit you?

And the king will answer them,

Truly I say to you as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers,

You did it to me.

And Lord let us be a vessel of your blessings.

Please bless others through us.

And God show us how we can be a blessing to others.

How we can light the path and point others to you.

Contemplate some ways in which you can be a beacon of light for God's love to others as you go along your path.

Psalm 34 1 through 3.

I will bless the Lord at all times.

His praise shall continually be in my mouth.

My soul makes it boast in the Lord.

Let the humble here and be glad.

Oh magnify the Lord with me and let us exalt his name together.

When we are afraid we can put our trust in God.

God is for us and nothing can stand against us.

Let us surrender our fears,

Concerns,

Shame,

Problems to God and replace them with his truth and his peace.

God we ask you to continue to speak to us and guide us throughout our days.

Thank you for joining me here in Jesus name.

Amen.
