Take a moment to come into a comfortable meditation position.

When you're ready,

Gently close down the eyes.

Allow your entire body to relax.

Relaxing all the muscles around your face,

Your neck,

Your shoulders.

And tuning into your breath.

Noticing as you breathe in.

And as you breathe out.

Using this breath as an anchor to focus your attention.

If your mind is feeling busy,

Or if you notice your mind wandering,

Simply return your focus back to the breath.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

Allowing yourself to just be exactly where you are.

Knowing that everything else can wait.

This is time that is just for you.

A time for you to just relax and to be exactly as you are.

Tuning into the breath as you relax all the muscles in your body.

You're simply allowing any tightness or tension to evaporate away out of the body.

You're letting go of anything that feels heavy.

And you're just releasing anything that might be worrying you.

Just putting that all to the side.

And your only job right now is to breathe and to relax.

And you may notice that your mind is slowing down now.

And your entire body is soft and relaxed.

You're feeling calm within.

As you embrace this moment of relaxation and calm.

And inner peace.

In this moment you are calm,

You are relaxed and you are safe.

From this place of present moment awareness all things are possible.

You're able to release limitations of the past and any fears about the future.

You are simply here embracing this beautiful present moment.

You feel light and expansive,

Peaceful and connected to yourself in a much deeper way.

And from this relaxed state you are bringing to mind now a moment in your life where you felt boundless joy.

A moment in your life where your heart was bursting with joy.

You see a vision of your most joyful and happy self.

You feel this joyful and expansive sensation in your body as you bring this joyful,

Happy memory to life in your mind.

Allow yourself to fully embrace this feeling of joy.

Knowing that you are worthy of a life that is filled with joy and overflowing with happiness.

You embrace these elevated emotions because you know you are worthy of a joyful life.

Each and every day is an opportunity to embrace more joyful experiences in life.

Even when life is overwhelming or busy you are able to give yourself the time and space you need to experience the things in life that bring you joy.

What is one thing that you can do to experience more joyfulness today?

Take a moment now to take a deep full breath in and a deep full breath out.

Bringing awareness back to the body.

Noticing any physical sensations.

And perhaps now bringing some gentle movement.

Wiggling the fingers.

Wiggling the toes.

And when you are ready you can gently open your eyes.

Wishing you a calm and joyful day ahead.
