Hi and welcome to this guided powerful healing meditation.

Let's get started by getting into a really really comfortable position.

You can be seated or lying down removing any distractions now.

Feel yourself settling into this position.

Just allow the world around you to fully support and nurture you.

Just give yourself a moment to find space.

Invite space into your physical being,

Into your mind.

Space to clear out the old and space to bring in the new.

If it feels good for you,

You can softly close your eyes or you can just keep them open with a soft gaze down in front of you.

And as you are settling into this place of comfort,

Just let your awareness rest on the breath.

Now together let's take a deep breath in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth,

Letting go of the old.

Let's do that one more time.

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Inhaling healing positive energy,

Slowly exhaling through the mouth,

Letting go of every single thing that no longer serves you.

Now bring your awareness to your physical body,

Softening any tension and tightness and just accepting the body as it is.

Welcoming every sensation,

Every noise,

Every little bit of discomfort,

Just allowing everything to be as it is.

Now bring your awareness to the very top of your head.

Allow the top of the head and the scalp to relax completely.

Then feel the skin of your forehead and your temples relax,

Letting go of tension between the eyebrows and allow those muscles around your eyes to just soften.

Often we are so unaware of all the tension we hold in our face.

Allow your jaw to be soft,

Relaxing your ears,

Your nose and your chin.

Allow your tongue to relax and just let it rest in the base of the mouth.

Now feel this peaceful feeling flow down your neck,

Soothing any tension,

Softening your shoulders,

Relaxing the upper arms,

Letting go of tension in the forearms,

Feel your hands resting,

Soften the wrists,

Relax your hands and your fingers.

Now feel this peaceful sensation glide down your torso,

Relaxing your chest,

Giving your heart even more room to grow expansive,

More loving,

More giving and forgiving.

Let your belly be soft,

Relaxing all the muscles in that area and see if you can let this relaxation penetrate even deeper,

Releasing any tension from your internal organs.

Now let this feeling of relaxation wrap around you,

Enveloping you in love and peace as it softens all the back muscles all the way down to the base of your spine and allow the breath to be natural and fluid,

Breathing in health,

Happiness and harmony,

Breathing out tension,

Toxins,

Worries or disease.

Just allow everything that no longer serves you to leave your body like a dark cloud.

Now as we continue to scan the body,

Allow the hips and glutes to relax fully,

Feel this feeling of relaxation coming over you,

Softening your thighs,

Relaxing the entire length of your legs,

Softening the knees and the calves,

Relaxing the feet.

If you're lying down,

Let the feet just flop out to the sides and allow any remaining tension from anywhere else in your body,

Just let it flow out of your toes,

Leaving your whole body feeling very comfortable and peaceful and perfect and complete.

Now visualize that you are seeing yourself,

Whether you are seated or lying down,

You are looking down upon yourself as if you are the sun shining from above.

As you look at yourself,

You see your physical body,

Perhaps you see your aura,

You see the vibrational energy around you and now tune into that physical being,

Both body and soul reside in here and think about the healing that needs to take place.

Create an image in your mind of your current state of being,

Bring to mind the physical or mental ailments that are troubling you right now.

It could be physical pain,

Illness,

Injury,

Mental suffering,

Trauma or perhaps just the lack of well-being,

Whatever it is that you would like to heal.

Imagine this problem in your mind,

Now focus on the specific location in your body where this problem is present,

Perhaps it is in a particular physical part of your body such as your back,

Your stomach or maybe it is less physically tangible,

Maybe feelings of anxiety in your stomach,

Feelings of despair,

Depression or other thoughts that are constantly troubling you in your mind.

You might want to imagine the problem area as a dark area and you can picture the healing relaxation as a light color,

Maybe a white or ivory,

Light blue,

A light pink or purple or perhaps even a light shade of lime green or yellow.

Now see the light of relaxation flowing through your body,

Imagine it enveloping your entire being,

Wrapping you in deep,

Deep healing.

Now direct the light of healing relaxation towards the darker area.

I want you to visualize the light entering this area,

Your body is so brilliant and has many ways of healing itself,

All you need to do is just tune into the being,

Embody and embrace this very moment,

See this healing relaxation promoting your immune system,

Promoting strength,

Promoting growth of healthy tissue,

Removing any unhealthy matter from your body,

Removing toxins,

Bacteria,

Senescent cells and waste.

You see this light cleaning up your body,

Bringing back vitality,

Energy and well-being.

Imagine the light of healing relaxation flowing and swirling and touching the edges of the dark problem in that area.

Notice that small pieces of the dark area are being carried away by this healing relaxation,

Allow these dark pieces to leave your body as you breathe out,

Breathing in health,

Healing and calm,

Breathing out tension,

Illness,

Negativity and any other problems in your body,

Breathing in health and healing,

Breathing out tension and negativity.

Now as you see this healing light continuing to swirl around the dark problem area,

You notice that this darker area is getting smaller and smaller.

Imagine this dark area area completely enveloped by healing relaxation.

See the healing relaxation making the dark area lighter and lighter,

Carrying away anything that no longer serves you.

Now imagine your immune system is working to heal you.

Picture the cells that you need are going to the places they need to go to.

They are working as needed to heal your body.

Now visualize this healing relaxation flowing through your entire body.

Picture your entire body completely filled with relaxation and healing light.

The problem area is healed.

It has become smaller and smaller and smaller,

Completely carried away with your breath.

All that you need to do is allow your body to heal itself.

Now take a cleansing breath in through the nose and breathe out anything that you no longer need.

Breathing in relaxation,

Breathing out the old,

Breathing in the new,

Breathing out the old.

Now I'm going to leave you here for a few moments whilst you continue to breathe naturally and rhythmically,

Visualizing this healing process going on inside your body and mind.

See if you can really generate those feelings of healing,

Bringing to mind positivity and feelings of well-being.
