This beginner guided Upper World shamanic journey was created to help you connect with an ancestor to receive an answer to a question, solution to a problem, or healing. The format of this journey allows you to listen again and again, with each journey bringing you new guidance based on the energy you're holding today. This is a shortened version of a Spiritual Directors group presentation that shared a brief background on core shamanism; similarities between journeying, Jungian, and mystical tradition practices; and an experiential opportunity to explore the powerful guidance found in the mystical realms.
