Your Life Is A Canvas: Meditation + Frequency Activation

Step into the frequency of the life of your heart's deepest desire. I will be offering energy healing attunements in this audio to assist with releasing resistance to this manifestation: release dense emotions from the pain body, releasing energetic density holding you back, connecting to the frequency of miracles, and activating your magnetism.

Hello,

This is Amanda and this is your meditation,

Attunements,

Energy,

Frequency activation.

Your life is a canvas.

So first we're going to get really grounded,

Connected,

Create sacred space.

So feel free to just either sit somewhere comfortable,

Lie down,

Wherever you feel guided and just arrive in your space.

Bringing conscious awareness to your breath,

Calling back all parts,

Aspects of you,

All of your energy into this present moment and giving yourself this time to really just allow what's meant for you to come through.

Any healing or suggestions or frequencies are all guided by your higher self.

You are in charge of your own healing journey.

I'm simply a guide and I may give suggestions,

Offering different frequency attunements.

So with a sacred yes,

When all of those are offered and receive any frequencies that are coming through for you today.

Start to bring your awareness to your heart space.

Noticing this beautiful pink light all around you.

This is the energy and frequency of compassion.

It's one of the most high vibrational frequencies here on this planet.

We're also going to be calling in the light of God,

Source,

Creator,

Universe,

Whatever word resonates.

Noticing this beautiful rose gold frequency,

This light of God,

This frequency of compassion swirling all around you and noticing a big ball of it in front of your heart.

Start to breathe this light into your heart space to a count of five,

Slowly breathing in five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Breathing out to a five count,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Continuing with this heart breath during this meditation,

Lengthening the breath,

Shortening the breath as guided.

Noticing your heart space starting to glow.

It's now glowing brighter and brighter with this rose gold frequency,

Envisioning your heart space starting to expand with this beautiful light.

Now expanding this light into your stomach area,

Your solar plexus chakra.

Noticing this light start to glow,

Expanding now into your sacral chakra,

Down into your root chakra.

Now intentioning grounding in to Mother Earth,

Gaia,

This light expanding into your Earth star chakra,

Which is below your feet.

As you breathe,

Connecting down past all the levels and layers of the Earth into the fifth dimensional heart chakra of Gaia,

This beautiful golden love light,

This mothering,

Nurturing energy.

Inviting this love light up,

Noticing it swirling in a counterclockwise direction,

Going up through your feet,

Your legs,

Your hips,

Into your sacral chakra,

Your solar plexus,

Your heart,

Your throat,

Your third eye,

And your crown.

Coming back to that heart breath,

Connecting up,

Connecting just through intention with your I am presence,

Your higher self,

This multidimensional aspect of you,

All that isness of you,

And however that's meant to show up for you today.

You may see visions,

You may feel sensations,

Just simply through intention is perfect.

And connecting your energy up further,

Past the planet,

Past the universe,

Past the multiverse,

Just intentioning it up,

Connecting with the heart of source,

The womb of creation,

And plugging your pillar of energy into this beautiful source,

Simply through intention once again,

Just amplifying this connection.

It's never something that can be lost.

Noticing this beautiful luminescent light coming down,

Clearing out all the outer chakras,

Fanning out over your auras,

Running a purification for your aura,

Repairing the aura,

Opening up the crown,

Into the head,

Opening up that third eye,

Clearing out any chatter,

Mind,

Into the throat,

The heart,

Solar plexus,

Sacral,

And root.

Now just acknowledging that you're connected above and below,

And we're just going to call in this beautiful sacred space straight from creator,

Envisioning this bubble around,

Everyone listening now,

Everyone listening later,

Just anchoring in this intention,

And only what is in our highest and greatest good is welcome in this space,

Energetics of 100% love and light,

Now dropping back into your heart,

Connecting to your heart,

And now finding yourself somewhere by water,

A place that is unique and special to you.

There's a frequency from water that wants to come through today for our meditation.

Could be next to the ocean,

Maybe you're in a boat in the water,

Next to a river,

Lake,

Whatever feels guided,

Or if there's someplace else you want to place yourself,

That's perfect too.

Just hearing the frequencies of the water,

Connecting to the water,

Connecting to your heart,

Remembering that your life is a canvas,

You have creative authority over your life.

So just spend the next moment dropping into your heart,

I'm going to offer a suggestion to connect with,

I choose the end result of a life I love,

Just connecting with the frequency of this as a creation,

Time is not linear as we know it,

This is already available,

And I always offer this or something more expansive,

So really feeling into the frequency,

What does that feel like?

What are you seeing,

Sensing,

Noticing?

We're going to invite the water to just act as a beautiful amplifier.

Our bodies are made primarily of water,

So we're going to include all the water in your body.

We can infuse intention into water,

Noticing who's around,

Noticing the feelings coming up,

Maybe there's animals or children or a spouse or a beautiful business,

Maybe there's just silence and space for you to just be,

Just tuning into the frequency of this completed creation.

Everything is ever flowing,

We can really connect to these frequencies and this plants the energetic seeds.

Just spending the next moment here,

Really anchoring this in,

And with your sacred permission,

Just if you feel guided,

I'm going to give a few instructions to your higher self to just anchor this in,

So if you feel guided,

I'm going to offer some alignments and attunement frequencies to help clear anything that is causing any resistance to this.

I'm just going to ask your higher self to just start to anchor in this true choice as a memory into the cells,

The DNA,

Anchoring this frequency as truth.

I'm just going to ask your higher self to bring up any resistance that we can just flush today with this beautiful connection,

This light of God source,

This beautiful water we're working with,

This beautiful golden love light of Gaia,

And the infinite wisdom of your higher self as a unique expression of sort.

So I'm going to call in,

It's called the sacred light purification,

And this just assists with a purification for your land,

Your body,

Your vehicles,

Your animals,

Your home,

Just dissolving any outdated contracts,

And this all comes through your higher self,

Led by your higher self.

So divine love and light calling that in for everyone listening now and later,

Create or change it.

You may notice little tingling sensations,

Yawning releases from the body.

It's allowing this beautiful light energy to just work with all the cells of your being,

With your consciousness.

Our external reality is just a projection of our consciousness.

The unconscious is conscious.

So when we have outdated programming running,

We can simply acknowledge it and choose something else.

Just taking some deep breaths,

Really anchoring in that true joy,

Surrendering to this now moment,

And what wants to happen for you.

Maybe there's already some things coming up,

You can work with your higher self,

Just simply asking and choosing to release it.

I'm going to call in the next alignment here.

It's called pain body,

And this is going to help really release some emotional pain from the body.

Anything that's being held,

This can be in layers.

So if you feel like there's a lot of heaviness in your pain body,

Because we're going to anchor in that whatever is in your highest and greatest good be released today with grace and ease.

There's no need to go into any type of crisis,

Healing,

Releasing.

So in divine love and light,

Calling in my sacred alignment pain body,

Just directing this to wherever is of highest and greatest good.

If you have a particular area where you feel that you're holding a lot,

I'm feeling for some of you that could be the heart.

Placing a hand if there's somewhere specific you want to highlight as you receive these beautiful frequencies and instructions for your body to just allow it to release.

Taking a deep breath in,

Letting out a sigh,

And just allowing the body to relax deeper and deeper,

Allowing this to integrate.

The next alignment,

Attunement I'm going to call in,

It's called free at last.

So this is going to assist with freeing you from anything holding you captive or prisoner.

And this can be a spiritual,

Energetic,

Anywhere you're feeling stuck,

Could be a family pattern.

So we'll go where it needs to go.

We can connect to this miracle vibration.

It's honoring what's showing up.

And the last attunement alignment I'm going to call in for you today is called activate your magnetism.

And this frequency is all around activating your own distinct magnetic energy.

We each have a unique soul frequency,

A unique soul blueprint.

We are a unique piece of the puzzle.

We are not meant to be fitting ourselves into someone else's box.

We get to make everything our own.

We get to let our magic shine through.

You have a beautiful distinct way that you show up.

And when you're in this expansive state,

This is what allows all the beautiful things in your life to come forward.

To show up.

To be placed on your path.

Knowing when the right time is to take inspired action.

The things to say yes to.

The things to say no to.

Getting in touch with the way that you process energy.

We all manifest differently.

So if you've been practicing manifestation or specific practices,

Even with your intuition,

And it hasn't been working for you.

It's because you have a unique way that you manifest.

A unique way that you get to respond to the universe.

Some of us are designed to initiate.

Some of us are designed to be in our light and respond.

So I invite you to notice what's happening in your body.

Notice what's going on with your breath.

Notice where there's been a shift.

Bringing yourself back to that beautiful body of water.

And spending the next moment in this space with the water.

Planting those beautiful energetic seeds.

Sometimes these seeds we plant,

We think they're going to show up in a certain time.

But there's some beautiful lessons that can be had along the way.

You can think of it in a similar sense of the birthing process.

It takes nine months.

Sometimes these things take a bit of time.

So just connecting again with this frequency.

This beautiful life.

Something beautiful that's on your heart to experience.

It's not there by accident,

I assure you.

And you spend the next moment in this space.

Asking your higher self to just do another sweep.
