Enjoy being guided through your inner terrain. Allow your internal Bindu lights to pulse, shine, and revitalise your body - physically and energetically. Nothing to do. Just be in your own energy field and allow the naturalness of healing to shine through. Trust and allow my voice and let it become your own.

Hello and welcome to this meditation,

A healing meditation.

Take a moment to come into a comfortable position.

You can be seated,

You can be laying down,

You could be laying on your bed,

Leaning against a wall,

Sitting in a chair,

However you would like to receive this meditation.

Take a moment to wriggle around a little and move whatever you need to move.

You might tuck your shoulder blades into your back body.

You might consciously lengthen along your spinal column and then soften down.

Let your weight drop into support and catch the wave of your next natural breath.

Allow that wave to guide you gently into your body.

Becoming aware of this whole entire body just as it is,

Just as it is,

Knowing that at any point you are able to move,

You are able to pause or stop the meditation,

You are able to open your eyes or close them.

You have full authority here to lead yourself in this meditation.

If it feels right for you at the moment and your eyes are closed,

You can just gently open your eyes and look straight ahead and close your eyes and then open your eyes and look up towards your forehead and close your eyes.

Open your eyes and look down towards your nose tip and close your eyes and open your eyes and just gently look to your left and close your eyes.

Open your eyes and gently look to the right and close your eyes and then open your eyes one more time and look straight ahead.

And then ever so gently allow your eyelids to soften down and close.

Sense into the orbs of your eyes,

Softening into your head.

And now focus your attention on the edge of your nostrils and take a slow,

Smooth,

Easy breath in through both nostrils and exhale softly and smoothly out of your mouth and repeat that inhaling into your nose slow and smooth and exhale out of your mouth and then one more time inhaling and exhaling.

Observe and notice this whole entire body just as it is and then take your attention and let it land right in the center of your left foot.

Take some slow,

Smooth breaths into and out of your left foot and maybe sense a healing light glowing as you inhale into your left foot and as you exhale see this glow gently move back into a center point.

Move your attention to your right foot and focus on this breath expanding to fill the right foot seeing this healing color.

Gently permeate the bones and the tissue in your right foot.

Move your attention to your right ankle and breathe into and out of your right ankle,

Your left ankle,

Your left knee.

Your right knee,

Your right hip and your left hip.

The base of your spine,

The crown of your head,

Your right jaw joint,

Your right jaw joint and your left jaw joint,

Your left shoulder,

Your right shoulder,

Your right elbow and your left elbow.

Your left wrist and your right wrist and your right hand and your left hand,

Your lower abdomen.

Breathe in and out of your lower abdomen and as you breathe in and out of your lower abdomen see all of these little lights,

All of these glowing healing points of light.

See them flaring on your inhalation,

Lighting up your entire body like a night time cityscape and as you exhale see each light diminish to a tiny pinpoint and do that three more times.

All body lighting up and now let go of the practice and feel this whole entire body,

Your feet,

Your ankles,

Your lower legs,

Your upper legs,

Your buttocks,

Your lower abdomen and back,

Your hands,

Your belly,

Your mid back,

Your wrists and your forearms,

Your chest and your upper arms,

Your upper back,

Your shoulders,

Throat,

Whole entire head just as it is,

Your lips,

Your nostrils receiving and releasing breath and the orbs of your eyes resting.

Allow your attention to rise to the point between your two eyebrows and here receive this final bindu,

This final point of light,

Lightly flaring,

Lightly illuminating this whole entire body,

You can stay here for as long as you feel to,

Giving great thanks,

Namaste.
