Embodying your worth.
You can have the best strategies in the world,
The best efforts,
But if you have an unconscious belief that you don't deserve success,
It will sabotage the level that you create or the ease in which you can create it.
You're only gonna let yourself go so far with that kind of story running internally.
So I wanna support you in shifting this from the inside out.
First,
It's about removing the blocks that have held you back,
And then it's about strengthening the part of you that knows what's true.
And my intention here is to support you in knowing and feeling your divine wholeness and your inherent worth.
And the two ways I suggest doing this is supporting the part of you that already knows what's true and really can embody this practice through some affirmations and doing some of the deeper work.
And the other way is to let go of what's actually been in your way that's clouded the awareness of your wholeness.
So let's dive in.
I'm gonna take you through this process experientially,
But you can also have your worksheet out handy.
And so first,
I just want you to slow down and just write from the part of you that doesn't think it deserves to have what you want.
And just write exactly as you hear it inside yourself,
Not the resourced part of you,
But the one who questions your worth.
Let yourself just be raw and real and write whatever those beliefs are.
Try not to judge what you hear all you're doing is capturing the belief systems and allowing the emotion to come up and out.
So maybe it sounds like I'm not good enough to help somebody be successful or I don't have enough experience.
It can't be that easy for me to be abundant.
Write from that part of you with full permission just to share exactly as you hear it inside.
You're not identifying with it,
But you're letting it come up and out.
So go ahead and do that now.
Goodbye And you're not thinking about it,
You're just letting it speak exactly as you hear it inside with full permission.
And take as much time as you need with this.
If you still want more time,
Go ahead and press pause.
Otherwise check in with this feeling and notice if there are images that go with this.
Maybe images of the past or of the future.
Just notice what images,
What feelings go with this.
With full curiosity,
Allowing yourself to collect whatever that is without judgment.
And when you're ready,
Just breathe energy and acceptance and spaciousness anywhere in your body where you felt contraction.
Again,
It's just energy.
It's not who you are.
So just allow this energy in your body to be met fully with acceptance.
Almost like you're energetically giving it a hug,
Breathing in and letting it go.
Full permission to be your hair as long and as much as it wants to be here.
Just creating that spaciousness inside of you.
Breathing in and letting it go.
And take as much time here as you need.
You'll notice that it starts shifting when you feel lighter.
So if that hasn't happened,
Drop in from the mind down into the direct sensations in your body where you had felt that energy and just breathe acceptance into that spaciousness into your body.
And if you are ready,
I want you to make sure you have your worksheet just to take the most charged belief that you had around your business and around your worth and write it down for number four.
So maybe it's,
I don't deserve to be that successful to make $200,
000 doing what I love.
What was your version?
The one that was most triggering or charged energetically for you.
Take that down here.
And then ask yourself,
Can I know without a shadow of a doubt that that belief is accurate?
Can I know without a shadow of a doubt that that belief is accurate?
Just a yes or no.
And now I want you to list five ways that the opposite of that belief is true or truer.
And so if the belief was,
I don't deserve to be that successful,
What would be the opposite of that?
Well,
I do deserve to be successful.
And where have you had success in your life before?
You could list the ways.
Or maybe it's that she did it so I can do it,
Right?
Or where have you made money in the past doing what you love?
Okay,
I've done it in this area.
I can also do it in that area.
And press pause so that you really make sure you have five grounded examples of what's true.
But when you're ready,
Let's move into some compassionate self-forgiveness.
This is a process again,
I learned while I was on faculty at the University of Santa Monica.
So I want you to close your eyes and just take a slow deep breath into your heart space,
Feeling the warmth around your heart and letting it go.
And just imagining the innocence,
The preciousness,
The sweetness of your younger self that bought into these misunderstandings about who she is and what's capable for you in your life.
So innocent,
But really not true.
And so we're going to move into this compassionate self-forgiveness process.
And it sounds like I forgive myself for buying into the misunderstanding.
And then whatever that misunderstanding was,
Maybe I didn't deserve to have the success that I desire.
And then you state what's true.
The truth is it's not about my deserving.
The truth is my worth is inherent.
It's priceless.
The truth is I've found other ways that I've already been successful.
It was just a story I was buying into in the moment,
But it has no weight in reality.
So I want you to find and tune in.
We're going to play some beautiful music for you just to tune into your heart space and do at least three to five of these.
This is really where the healing and the freedom comes from,
This forgiveness work.
And so drop into your heart.
Again,
I forgive myself for buying into the misunderstanding.
I'm going to play some beautiful music for you.
I hope.
So,
From here,
I want you to really tune into your body and notice what it feels like really owning your inherent worth and value.
Notice how you sit or how you stand from this experience and let yourself take in this energetic blueprint,
Just noticing what does it feel like in my body from this place?
Maybe you sit taller in your chair or your eyes are more open and alert,
Your shoulders are naturally rolled back and you feel your heart opened and relaxed.
Maybe you're more present.
Take this in.
Let this be a blueprint and really just embody your inherent worth and value.
Mommy,
How is mommy?
How does mommy fit you?
And so as you're taking this in,
I want you to tune into what would an affirmation that could support you in remembering this anytime you forget that you could come back to.
So I would encourage you to have this be short,
But have something that energizes you.
This not only helps you create new neural networks in your mind,
But it's a touch point that you can come back to.
So maybe it's,
I am a queen or a king.
I am more than worthy.
I deserve to have everything I want.
If they did it,
So can I.
What is it for you?
Go ahead and write that down.
I'm going to end this part.
And then from here,
What's one new action you can take to ground this new way of being in your life?
So what is something that you can do in the next 24 hours from the part of you that knows your inherent worth and value?
Eventually this becomes a new way of living,
But I just want to help you ground it from this place.
So something you can do that you wouldn't have done before in the next 24 hours.
So maybe you can email the potential client that you've been intimidated to work with,
And you've been putting it off to invite them,
And you can do that this afternoon.
What is something that feels specific and grounded that you can do in the next 24 hours that feels in alignment with your truth?
Go ahead and write that down now.
And then write down when you're going to do it.

To find out if actually doing the inner work and then taking strategic bold action in your business not only feels good,
But it's actually more productive.

Know that no definition the mind could put on you could ever capture the real radiance of who and what you already are.
And sometimes these life experiences are here to wake us back up to that truth.
