In this meditation we'll be focusing on the element air.

Enjoying the air with each breath we will begin by taking a long slow breath in and a long slow exhale out.

Following this a few times let's build our rhythm,

Allowing the sound to be our guide with a long inhale in,

Followed by a slow exhale out.

Breathing in a rhythm that has ease,

Allow yourself to be filled by the air as if you are filling like a balloon and deflating slowly.

Allow yourself to relax a little deeper with each breath,

Perhaps bringing a soft smile on the inside of your mouth,

Softening your eyes,

Softening your brow,

Relaxing your tongue and your mouth.

Allow the air to gently flow through you.

Now focus on your heart,

Opening your chest,

Take a deep breath in,

Hold,

Followed by a long exhale out,

Really dissolving,

Relaxing back.

Inhale in and exhale out.

Now focusing at our core,

Around your stomach and navel area,

Relax with each breath in and each exhale out,

Really allowing your stomach to inflate with ease and relax with ease.

Relax with ease.

Really focusing on this inhale and exhale,

Really brings us to a place of conscious breathing and a type of waking mindfulness.

We can really notice the breath filling our presence.

Relaxing back,

Now focusing on your pelvic area and your legs.

Take a breath here,

Inhaling and exhaling softly.

Really noticing any sensations,

Warmth in your body,

Allow it to be there,

Allow the space to be effortless.
