Hello and welcome to Wisdom Wednesday.
I hope everyone is feeling the sunshine in their space today.
I'm definitely feeling it here.
Number one,
Because it's outside my window.
And number two,
I'm just having a great day.
Like I feel very uplifted today and it feels amazing.
Really,
Really good.
Well,
I have two things I want to share today.
Number one,
Recently I participated in a Reiki-thon,
Which is where we come together as a group and we pick a time and we sit and we do a distance Reiki session globally to the shockers of the world.
And it's such a great feeling.
And I've done it now a few times.
And this last one I had on April 22nd was amazing.
And I had some just beautiful messages that came through.
So I wanted to go ahead and share those with you.
I'm going to start with that.
So again,
I receive during my Reiki sessions,
Which an upcoming episode,
I'm going to go a little deeper into the process of what Reiki is and how I hold my sessions and how I do my intuitive reading or how it comes to me,
I guess.
And it really comes to me in thoughts.
And I know how to decipher the information if it's for me or if it's for my clients.
But this,
I just received these messages.
And when I do that,
When it comes to me,
I sit and I do what's called automatic writing.
So I sit and I just start writing.
I have books and books of automatic writing.
And I just let the information flow out of me.
And it's fascinating to me when I go back and read it because I'm like,
Wow,
I wrote that.
Wow,
That's amazing.
It's pretty cool.
But this,
This on Earth Day,
Last week,
I thought was beautiful.
And I wanted to go ahead and share it with you because I keep it to myself,
Right.
So anyway,
Here's some of the messages that came through.
It begins with and again,
This I did with Mother Earth Gaia.
And it begins with sit with me and listen.
Take what you need,
But give equal sharing the planet.
Next nothing lasts forever.
That's a good reminder.
This one was big choices are abundant,
But abundance is limited.
You have no economy without me,
Mother Earth and me initials,
Plant which you use,
Savor and cherish.
Experience loving without expectations.
I think difficult for many.
Your time is short,
Yet my life is long.
And then I did recently post this and this came out of my reading.
Below the surface is where life evolves.
I just thought those are beautiful little tidbits that came out of my,
My session.
So and then today,
And actually in the last few days,
I've had the word reveal,
Reveal,
Reveal.
And one of the things that I have been struggling with myself is revealing.
I started this podcast for a reason,
Really to share some shifting moments that I've had with clients and with myself in hopes that sharing those metaphors and sharing the stories will help you kind of gain some confidence and maybe ask some questions of yourself and your surroundings and but I also am a huge fan,
Which I say in my opening of energy work and intuition and all of that because I do have some gifts,
I can receive messages,
I can tell if somebody's sick and if I'm standing near them.
There's a lot of things and and I can get shy and kind of have a fear of sharing some of this but then when I do share with whether it's typically a client or close friends who I do talk about this a lot with because they're fascinated by it.
That's the key.
They're fascinated by it and they want to know more.
They want to know more information and and we have amazing conversations and I thought you know,
Why am I not sharing this on my podcast?
Because I think some of this stuff is is fascinating and whether you want to hear it or not,
Right,
You have the choice choices are abundant.
So here's what was coming up with the stressors for the word reveal and me wanting to reveal and I'm curious to know how they make you feel.
So I'm just going to leave this here for wisdom Wednesday.
So what causes more stress and here's two scenarios.
First,
Holding back who you are to make everyone around you comfortable,
Right?
Or being 100% authentic and being yourself and not thinking about who is uncomfortable because you are because you are being you and you are comfortable with you and not worrying about who is uncomfortable with something and quite honestly,
I don't think it's a or b or one or two.
I think it's both,
Both of these have caused me much stress in the back,
In the back in the past.
Worried about I can't say this because it might make somebody uncomfortable and it might make this person uncomfortable and you know what,
It might make you uncomfortable and typically when I'm uncomfortable,
That's when I know I'm learning.
That's when I know I need to shift.
That's when I know I need to be more authentically me.
And that is a big shift that we're making right now.
I think in our planet,
I think everyone is changing how they're looking at information.
Some people are even more afraid of everything and won't leave their house and some are like,
You know what,
I am educated.
I know what's going on and here's the choices I am making because we have an abundance of choices and they're ours to choose.
It's not someone else's fault if something happens to you.
It's you have made a choice to follow that person to take the drug to do whatever it is that you're doing.
We have choices.
So moving forward my upcoming episodes,
I am going to be digging in deeper and sharing more stories,
More stories of the senses that I have,
The feelings that I get,
The messages that I receive.
I'm going to start sharing more of those.
I'm also going to bring on some guests that are going to tell you about their experiences that they've had with me and the messages that I've shared with them.
Because I don't feel it's my,
I don't have that choice.
I don't,
I don't,
Well,
I guess I do have a choice,
But I choose not to share someone else's story unless I've asked them to share their story.
But I love it when others share their story.
So that's what we're going to be doing in the future.
And I'm so excited to share some of this with you.
So just for today,
Pause and think about the question.
What causes you more stress?
Is it holding back who you are to make other people comfortable?
Or is it being 100% authentically you and not thinking about who is uncomfortable because you are being your best you.
