Hello,
My name is Alisha Olivier-Park and today I'm gonna guide you on a meditative journey into your heart,
Into the space of experiencing unconditional love.
Begin by finding a quiet and sweet space for you to be able to go on this journey.
As you're settling in,
I invite you to breathe into your body as you integrate small movements,
Releasing the tension,
Relaxing the body.
Take your time before coming into stillness when the body is ready,
Committing to stillness for the remainder of our time together.
Mind and body be still as you focus on the movement of your breath.
Every breath an opportunity to connect more deeply.
As you breathe,
Begin to become aware of your heart center,
Feeling the rise and fall of your heart,
Connecting to your sacred heart.
In your heart space,
Allow yourself to begin to let go of any expectations,
Any judgments,
Any concerns or heaviness of the heart.
Let yourself begin to go beyond the conditions of our daily lives,
Of our thoughts.
Begin to come into that space,
The space of love,
The space of love beyond conditions,
Coming into the essence of unconditional love.
In this moment,
Feel what it possibly could feel like to love and be loved unconditionally.
Feel what it feels like to accept yourself and others just as they are,
Just as you are.
Breathe deeply into any resistance that may raise up inside of you.
It's okay.
We don't want to meet resistance with resistance,
We simply acknowledge it.
We're moving beyond conditions,
We're moving beyond a sense of needing to agree even,
We're coming into this place of acceptance.
In this moment,
What would it feel like to love and be loved unconditionally?
Breathe,
Expanding your capacity to love with every breath.
Let yourself fill up with all the possibility and potential of feeling loved and accepted in this way.
What if we could love ourselves unconditionally?
That means no matter what.
That means I love you,
Period,
Full stop.
I love you.
Take those words in for a few breaths.
Not I love you if,
Not I love you when.
I love you.
Feel what a love like that feels like.
Going to breathe and make more space for that capacity to love and be loved in this way.
Now bring to your heart,
To your attention someone that you might even feel that you already love unconditionally.
This could be a loved one that you love them,
Period.
Not if,
Not when.
That you love them with no conditions.
Bring them into your heart,
Your awareness,
Into this practice.
This could even be an animal friend.
Sometimes they provide us a gateway into unconditional love.
They certainly know how to provide that.
Feel what it feels like,
This love,
To give this love.
Now I invite you to take it one step further.
If you can go there,
Go there fully.
If you find that once you've opened yourself to going there,
It doesn't feel like the right timing,
Then I welcome you back to the space we've been in before.
One that you were familiar with and felt that sense of love with.
So that could be that other person or animal that you find that you can love unconditionally or coming back to the beginning where you're receiving love beyond condition.
You're maybe giving that to yourself and receiving it or you have received it from someone else.
Let's all just have some curiosity and go into this next step together and then find where we want to be.
And I invite you to open your heart to loving someone beyond conditions that may be really challenging for you to love.
Would it be possible for you to begin to bring compassion and acceptance to this person?
Again,
Just try it on and see.
Through that cultivation of compassion,
Through that cultivation of acceptance,
If you feel safe and aligned to do so,
See if you could even bring that love just here in this energetic space.
Share that love with this other that may not be easy to love.
It may not even be possible for you to be in relationship with them.
And in this moment,
Could it be possible that through compassion,
Through acceptance,
And through being able to just be in the safety of your own self and your own practice,
Could your heart be open?
And you feel safe to say,
I could love you.
I could love you anyway.
Again,
The circumstances have to be right for this.
So,
You can always turn to receiving this love or feeling that sharing or giving the love with someone that feels comfortable.
But let's take a few moments now here in the quiet and let you really expand into loving beyond conditions,
Being loved beyond conditions.
Let yourself feel that reciprocity.
And as you feel ready,
Take a few deep breaths,
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling out through the mouth.
Let yourself integrate in this beautiful guided meditative journey.
And coming back into that space,
The space within you and all around you,
Starting to become aware of your breath and your body.
And then when the time is right,
Gently opening your eyes,
Coming into your surroundings,
And slowly integrating back into your day.
