This is a hypnotapping for releasing weight and finding feminine flow.
Begin by taking a deep breath as you settle into a comfortable position.
And allowing that breath to slowly flow through your body as you exhale.
Bringing awareness and presence to the top of your head,
To your forehead,
As you allow it to soften,
To relax.
Relaxing all the muscles in your eyes if they begin to feel heavy.
Feeling your ears.
Your jaw softening as your teeth slightly part.
And your chin gently drops.
Taking a breath in through your nose.
Filling your chest and your belly,
Expand,
And then softening as you exhale.
Letting that awareness move down the arms,
Into the hands and the fingers.
Noticing any sensation.
And then noticing how it feels different as they begin to relax a little deeper.
Taking that awareness down your chest and your belly,
Down the sides of your body,
Down the back of your body.
Noticing how with each breath in and out,
You relax a little deeper.
Down into your hips and your legs,
All the way down through the bottom of your feet.
Everything.
Just a little heavier,
A little softer,
A little more relaxed with each breath.
And then imagining this colorful light,
Whatever color you choose,
Being perfect.
Coming from way above.
Coming into the top of your head and melting down through your body.
Sensation of relaxing even deeper as it comes down through your third eye,
Down through your face,
Your ears,
Your mouth,
Your throat,
Your chest.
All the way down the arms,
All the way down the body.
All the way down the legs and out the feet into the earth.
Deep,
Deep into the earth.
Connecting to all of the supportive nourishment from deep within the earth.
And as you breathe in next pulling that energy up into the body all the way into your heart space and as you breathe out taking that energy all around you,
Expanding out into your space.
And then beginning to tap,
Tapping on the chest,
At the collarbone.
Just repeating after me.
Even though my body may have been holding on to stress protection.
Heaviness,
Or survival energy,
I deeply and completely honor my body and all it has carried for me.
And even though part of me feels stuck,
Disconnected,
Or a little unsafe,
Fully relaxing into my feminine energy and flow,
I still choose to lovingly reconnect with my body,
Its softness,
Its movement,
And trust in my body.
And even though I may have pushed or restricted or criticized or controlled my body trying to change it.
I am now choosing a new relationship rooted in safety and nourishment and feminine flow and self-love.
Taking a deep breath in here as you begin to move up to the eyebrows.
My body has been carrying so much,
Aside of the eyes.
Stress,
Pressure,
Tension,
Survival.
Underneath the eyes.
Maybe my body learned to hold on to weight for protection.
To pad itself as a barrier.
Maybe it hasn't felt safe to fully soften,
Moving underneath the nose.
Or maybe I've spent so much time just fighting my body.
Coming down to the chin.
Fighting my body and trying to force change.
Back down to your chest.
Forcing change instead of allowing.
The Chef.
Coming down underneath your arms.
Trying to control myself.
Down at the front underneath the ribs.
Trying to earn worthiness through shrinking my body.
Coming up to the top of your head,
Taking another deep breath here.
I'm just tapping from here on wherever it feels most comfortable.
It's okay if you skip a step.
It's okay if you spend a little longer in one spot.
Trusting that your tapping is exactly where it needs to be.
And just repeating after me,
My body is not the enemy.
My body is my biggest protector.
It has been protecting me.
My body has been holding stress and emotions,
Holding exhaustion.
My body has been holding on to survival patterns.
And I honor everything that my body has done for me.
Taking a deep breath here.
I release shame around my body.
I am ready to release shame about my body.
I am ready to release criticism and punishment.
That I have received from others and most importantly from myself.
I'm ready to choose compassion instead.
It's taking a breath and noticing how you're feeling here.
I'm continuing on.
What if my body wants to move naturally?
What if movement gets to feel sensual,
Freeing,
And alive?
What if I don't have to punish myself to feel healthy?
I am ready to release.
The forcing and the over-controlling I've had on my body.
And I'm ready to allow movement to become pleasure.
I'm ready to allow this movement to reconnect me to myself.
To allow my feminine energy to flow again.
And I am ready to allow my body to soften and release what it no longer needs.
I'm ready to feel safe in my feminine body.
I am ready to know what it's like to feel safe to take up space.
To know what it's like to feel safe to be seen.
To know what it's like to be safe,
To move freely,
Without judgment.
And ready to feel safe.
As I feel sensual and alive.
Because I know that my body was designed for rhythm and flow.
So I am reconnecting with the wisdom of my body.
I trust my body to guide me gently.
I am willing to listen to my body and its guidance.
It's taking a deep breath here,
Pausing to feel into those sensations that may be shifting or rising.
I no longer need to carry any heaviness that isn't mine.
I don't need to carry any heaviness that was mine.
I'm ready to release any emotional weight from my body.
When I'm ready to release any stress that my body has stored.
I'm ready to release any pressure,
Tension,
And survival energy that my body is holding.
I'm going to allow my nervous system to show me what it feels like to feel safe.
I'm going to allow my body to feel supported.
And I allow my energy to move freely again.
I'm ready for my body to release with ease.
I know that my feminine energy is magnetic and flowing,
And I'm ready to soften into the trust of it,
Soften into the movement of it.
I am ready to relax into nourishment.
The nourishment of movement,
The nourishment of rest,
The nourishment of food and drink.
I am ready to receive.
To be in alignment instead of forcing things.
I am choosing embodiment instead of punishment.
And I choose flow instead of struggle.
Pausing here for a breath.
I welcome lightness into my body.
I welcome ease into my life.
I welcome the feeling of vibrance and energy,
And I allow movement to awaken my life force.
I honor my body's natural rhythm.
And I trust my body to recalibrate into a feeling of safety.

And gently opening your eyes coming back into the space where you are back fully present into your body.
And taking some time to move gently and softly as you come out of this tapping meditation.
And let that be the soft reality that you move into.
