Hello and welcome to this guided live visualization.

The session was inspired by my coaching mentor,

Alisa Nobriga.

Before we start,

I invite you to get yourself in a quiet and comfortable environment,

Free from distraction,

For the next 30 minutes or so.

If you're not alone,

Let the others know that you're not available and need space.

Go and grab a pen and paper or journal.

You can pose now to set yourself up.

Ready?

Great.

So today I want to help you uncover what it is that you truly crave for in life.

Let your imagination and creativity flow.

This is the time to break free from all limitations and judgments.

Studies have found that the body doesn't know the difference between fantasy and reality.

In other words,

It cannot decipher between your imagination and what is real,

Because both experiences occur in the mind.

It's no wonder professional athletes have been using the trick of visualization for years.

Today's session is a process that will inform your subconscious mind that your vision is possible.

It serves to help you recognize opportunities that present themselves in your life now,

Because your subconscious mind will be looking for them,

Whether you are conscious of it or not.

Visualization also reprograms your mind to work towards achieving your goals by aligning all parts of yourself,

Thus making it easier to create your dreams and desire.

I will guide you in writing a 6-12 months vision for your life.

I want to really encourage you to go for it and not hold back.

Whatever your dream is,

Give yourself full permission to fill into your heart in what it is that you truly want.

So let's get started.

Sit comfortably with your pen and paper at reach.

Close your eyes and put both feet flat on the ground.

Rest your hands by your side or on your lap.

Now take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Three more deep cycle of breath.

Breathe in love and peace.

Breathe out tension and worry.

With each breath you relax more.

Now go back to your normal breath rhythm and take a moment to do a quick body scan to ensure all your muscles are fully relaxed.

Your feet relaxed.

Your hands.

Your jaws.

Your shoulders.

Your eyebrows.

Your back.

If you need to move and wiggle,

Just create the space and relaxation.

Go for it.

This moment is for you in this present moment.

Nothing else matters but revealing what your dream life is.

Keep your eyes closed during this meditation.

Feel into it and I will let you know when you can start writing.

Remember this vision is already happening.

You are living it now.

So let's go.

You are waking up to a fresh new day.

Where are you?

Who are you with?

How do you feel?

Imagine as if this is a clip of the movie of your life and we are seeing a scene of it now.

How do you start your day?

What do you see?

What do you hear?

What do you smell?

What are you doing today?

Feel it happening in your body now.

Describe how it feels.

What are you wearing?

What colours?

What are your relationships like?

Who do you meet?

How do you feel throughout the day?

How do you eat?

Where do you go?

Let your imagination flow.

Don't resist any image.

Be curious and have fun.

This is your best day happening right now.

Make it amazing.

You deserve it all.

You can have it all.

How does your day end?

What are you excited for?

What are you grateful for?

What are you proud of?

And how you are,

Time to go to sleep.

How do you feel?

Now smile at the thought of this day and feel in your body the emotions,

The gratitude,

The happiness that varies for you.

It's here.

It's happening.

You can have it all.

You have to.

Stay there as long as you need and when you are ready,

You can write down what you saw.

Describe it with all the little details.

Be as specific as possible.

You can revisit this guided visualization as often as you want.

You can edit your vision to make it more amazing and allow yourself every time to fully embody and dream this life.
