Welcome to today's guided intuition meditation.

Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position,

Seated on the ground,

In a chair,

Or even lying down.

Soften your gaze,

Or if it feels right,

You're welcome to gently close your eyes.

Whatever's on your mind today,

Give yourself permission to set it aside.

For the next few minutes,

Allow yourself to be fully present,

Right here,

In this moment.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Notice the gentle rhythm of air moving in and out of your body,

Like waves rising and falling along the shore.

There's nothing to change,

Just simply observe.

With each inhale,

Invite in ease.

With each exhale,

Release any tension.

Feel yourself softening,

Settling,

Arriving.

As you prepare to connect with your highest self,

Take a moment to set an intention for this practice.

Perhaps you seek clarity,

Wisdom,

Or guidance,

Or maybe you simply desire stillness and peace.

Whatever it is,

Trust that you are exactly where you need to be.

Now let's deepen the breath.

Inhale for a count of 4,

Let's repeat that 2 more times.

Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm,

Feeling even more grounded and present.

In your mind's eye,

Picture yourself surrounded by a soft,

Glowing,

Green light.

Warm,

Inviting,

Peaceful.

This light gently wraps around you like a comforting embrace,

Filling your heart space with love and ease.

Notice how this space feels.

Perhaps there's a warmth in your chest,

A deep sense of calm.

Maybe there's a familiar scent lingering in the air,

Something that reminds you of home,

Of safety,

Of belonging.

Ahead of you,

A tunnel of this soft green light stretches forward.

At the end of the tunnel,

There's a door.

With each step towards it,

The ground beneath you feels soft,

Plush,

Supportive.

As you arrive,

You see the door is pink,

Radiating warmth and serenity.

You reach out and gently open it.

Inside,

You step into the coziest,

Most inviting space.

A soft couch,

Plush pillows,

A warm blanket.

Everything about this place feels like it was made just for you.

And there,

Sitting on the couch,

Is you,

Your highest self,

The part of you that holds infinite wisdom,

Love,

And deep knowing.

They welcome you with a kind,

Understanding smile,

Inviting you to sit beside them.

Take a moment to settle in.

Notice their presence.

How does it feel to be near them?

What energy do they radiate?

Maybe you have a question for them.

Or maybe you just sit in their presence,

Feeling their support.

There's nothing to rush,

Nothing to force.

Just be here.

When you're ready,

Your highest self offers you one final message,

Something to carry with you as you return to your physical body.

Trust whatever comes to mind,

Even if it's just a feeling.

Slowly begin to bring awareness back to your breath.

Feel your body resting right where you are.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Carry this sense of deep knowing with you as you move through your day.
