Welcome to your coming home transmission.
This is your time.
Your time to breathe,
To come home,
To be centered in your beautiful self.
We can spend much of our day distracted,
Being pulled here and there.
And now it's your time.
It's your time to come home into your channel,
Your sacred channel,
In your body.
Your sacred channel is your spine.
And we're going to bring breath,
Light,
Energy back into your channel,
Your sacred spine,
Your sacred channel.
So now I want you to find a comfortable position where you can sit with your spine long,
Shoulders relaxed,
Head gently placed just right on top of your spine.
You can move your shoulders around a little,
Your neck around a little as you now bring your attention to your breath.
That breath made up of light,
That breath made up of energy,
You are made up of the same thing as the stars.
So you're going to access your breath,
Which is the breath of light,
Right above your head,
About six to eight inches,
Wherever you find the light.
You can resource it from the sun,
From the sunshine,
Or from your higher power or whatever you refer to that as.
So as you sit and come home,
You're going to inhale in and out your nose,
Inhaling from your nose,
Exhaling out from your nose.
We're not all used to that,
So just take a moment,
Dropping in,
Breathing in from the nose and out through the nose.
And you're going to now pull that breath,
That breath of light from that region above your head,
Six to eight inches,
Pulling in through the sacred spine,
Exhaling out through the root of that spine,
Through the base of the spine into the earth.
As you inhale back up through the nose,
Pull that breath up through the channel,
Through the spine,
As you exhale through the top of the head.
Inhaling in,
Bring the energy in,
And down,
Coming home,
Exhaling out through the base of the spine,
Connecting to earth,
Connecting to Mother Earth.
Exhale that breath,
Massaging your spine,
Bringing energy back home to who you really are,
An infinite,
Infinite beam of light.
Pull that breath up from Mother Earth through the base of the spine,
Fill your channel as you exhale through the top of the head.
Inhale this is where your attention can lie all day long,
Even after this transmission.
You're pulling the breath from the light in through the spine,
Exhaling out through the root.
Do that,
About three more inhales and exhales through the nose.
Now feel your body,
Feel the energy,
Feel the resourcefulness,
Just bringing the breath of light into the body creates,
Feel any sensations you might not have felt before or been present to during the rest of your day.
Feel that breath expanding out into your body,
Feeding the cells with light,
Feeding every part of your body,
Every beautiful space in your body with breath and light.
Experience the energy,
Experience the breath,
Experience the light as you come home.
One more inhale,
Fill your sacred spine,
Fill your sacred channel,
Exhale as you slowly come back into presence.
Feel the breath as you flood your eyes open and experience the light,
The energy,
Your beautiful presence.
And so it is lovely,
And so it is.
