Welcome to your raising vibrations meditation.
Find your way into a calming position,
Preferably lying down on your spine if that feels okay for you.
And just take a moment to adjust and get really comfortable.
Stretching the body,
Moving,
Lengthening,
Whatever it is that you need to fully and completely arrive.
Eventually soften into a sacred space of stillness.
Allow the body to relax completely,
Just melting into the ground beneath you.
Softening the eyes,
Flipping the palms up toward the sky as our act of reception.
I am here to receive exactly what I'm meant to receive right here,
Right now.
What I'm meant to receive right here,
Right now.
Now kindly draw your awareness inward to the breath.
And as you do so,
Just feel your body breathe.
No need to change anything or do anything extra.
Just feel your body breathe.
Begin to deepen the breath in.
And lengthen the breath out.
Breathing here and now as though your entire body were a functioning diaphragm.
Feel the whole body inhale.
Feel the whole body exhale.
And if the mind begins to wander,
Just kindly draw it back to feeling your body breathe.
The breath is your literal life force.
But also a reminder that we really have and are enough right here and now.
There is so much power in one single breath in and out.
Feel it for yourself.
One breath holds the ability to completely shift your mood,
Your perspective and energy almost instantly.
Is there a way that we can bring our awareness even deeper to the breath now?
Focusing on the body and the energy and the energy that you're breathing.
Focusing on the body breathing as if it were your literal job.
Not only your job but like the most important project of your entire life,
The very thing that means the most to you.
All of your energy directed here and now as you breathe.
Continue to deepen the inhale and lengthen the exhale.
Taking slow,
Long and steady breaths here like you mean it.
With each new breath,
Let's see if we can make it a little bit longer,
Even deeper,
A bit slower and even more extended.
Allowing that breath to now take you into spaces in the body you didn't even realize you could breathe into.
Think of each breath here as a cleansing modality.
Each breath offering literal medicine to spaces in the body that might feel tense,
Tight,
Congested or stuck.
Knowing that those spaces are merely physical manifestations of where and how we are stuck in our lives mentally,
Energetically and emotionally.
So tension isn't necessarily a bad thing.
It's merely information,
A cry out for your attention.
Those tight places want to be acknowledged,
Cleansed,
Decluttered and nurtured.
They want to be transformed,
But they need your attention in order to do so.
Still deeply inhaling,
Completely exhaling.
Just consider how divine it feels to clean out your car or a junk drawer or a closet in your home.
Most of the time we just open the drawer or closet and we don't even notice the mess.
Or maybe it's that every time we open the drawer we're annoyed and frustrated with ourselves for not having cleaned up the mess and being more organized.
But once we finally take the time to clean it out we open the door or drawer and it's like a sigh of relief for the ample space we can feel,
See and experience.
It's clarity.
There's so much magic that's begging to come through for you and with you in your own life right now.
But if we're blocked,
Unorganized,
Holding on or cluttered we're telling the universe we are simply too full right now.
Come back when there's space.
As we breathe here let's remind ourselves I am enough.
This right here,
This is enough.
Right now it's all enough.
On your next inhale,
Tighten everything you can in your body keep breathing in,
Make fists with your hands,
Curl your toes,
Tense up the face,
Purse the lips,
Squeeze the eyes,
Hold the breath.
Holding three,
Hold two,
And one,
Exhale,
Release and let it all go.
Let's do that again,
Take a deep inhale,
Squeezing everything.
Squeeze a little tighter,
Breathe in a little bit more air holding at the top,
Keep holding for three,
Hold the breath,
Two,
And one,
Exhale,
Release,
And let it all go.
And one more just like that,
Big deep inhale,
Filling all the way up squeeze everything,
Find the tension,
Squeeze a little tighter,
Hold it at the top for three,
Hold two,
One,
And exhale,
Release.
Pause in this sweet space of sacred softness.
Really feel and reflect on the space that you've created within you and even around you.
You created that space and you have it within you to do so always.
You are so beautiful and so worthy.
You deserve this space.
You deserve clarity.
You deserve an organized life.
You deserve to value yourself and your life.
You deserve to realize that you are enough.
Extra and excess is not what we need right now.
We need to realize that we are enough.
Your purity is the most powerful thing you could offer yourself and the world.
Stay true to the depths and all is coming.
