When he first said that he was going to leave me to breath for 10mins while I listened to the music, I was prepared to abandon the meditation. I'm new to meditating so I'm just trying a little bit of a few things to find what works best.. To my general perspective yes this is nice... I think in time I'll be able to just pick out the perfect guided meditation for whatever is going on with me at the moment according to how I feel.. Right now my life is rather stressful and being new to meditation it's hard for me to know what works until I try it and this one's just fine.
